This is my version of the Percy and Annabeth reunion in Mark of Athena
Annabeth jumped onto the ladder and started to climb down and off the ship. She didn't care that her shipmates were screaming protests at her all she cared about was that she was merely feet from Percy. By the time she had managed to climb down the ladder Jason had flown Leo and Piper down and had already had gave the Romans the story of what had happened and had earned their trust.
Annabeth looked around in worry, she hadn't seen Percy in the crowd. She began to wonder if he was still there or if he was even alive...just then two faces emerged from the crowd; a girl with golden eyes and curly hair and a boy with a tough build but a baby face smiled at her.
"Are you Annabeth?" the girl with the golden eyes asked.
"Yes, how do you know that?" Annabeth inquired. The girl didn't answer her question she just simply moved aside and there was standing Percy Jackson.
"Annabeth-" Percy started to say something before Annabeth ran and gave him a bone breaking hug.
"Seaweed Brain," Annabeth said into his ear. She started to cry just a little, she had tears rolling down her face when Percy finally managed to pull away from the hug.
"You have no idea how much i missed that nickname," Percy seemed to notice that she was crying. "What's wrong Annabeth?" he asked as he wiped some of the tears away from her face.
"It's you. It's really you and you remember me," Annabeth said quietly to Percy.
"Annabeth, want to know a secret?"
"Huh? Okay," she replied.
"When i woke up I had one memory, I remembered you. I remembered your name, your face, and the way you would kiss me when I did something stupid. The point is Annabeth, is that even Hera herself could never ever make me forget you," he said to her. Annabeth took one look at him and broke into the biggest smile she had ever had and kissed her Seaweed Brain.
