They see me as a happy wife
Lucky, devoted to my loving husband
they do not see the pain inside
I weep everydaym weep for this emptiness
yet I can not say,
The perfect happy wife can not cry.
My happiness is crumbling
My security is broken
All I thought that was safe is not
my life is tumbling
I am tumbling too.
Yet I do not cry
Not this perfect, happy wife.
