Chapter 1
Austin walks into sonic boom and sees Ally and Trish talking at the counter. Ally notices him first.
"Hey Austin! Where's Dez?"
"Well his girlfriend and him are out today i think. Yesterday was her birthday and Dez took her out for a romantic dinner then she spent the night with him at a hotel since her parents were out of town. I haven't talked to him since yesterday."
"Since when does he have a girlfriend?"
"Well they are both 17 so I'd say about 4 years maybe."
"Why didn't he ever tell us?"
"There's a lot of stuff you don't and probably never will know about Dez." All the sudden Dez burst through the doors of sonic boom and heads straight for Austin. He's dressed in normal clothes. Jeans, black converse, a white muscle top defining a 6 pack, and a red hoodie.
"Austin! Austin I need your help!"
"Dez what is it?"
"Its Catherine. *pant*"
"Here sit down buddy and tell me what happened." Austin coaxes Dez to sit on the piano bench, Ally and Trish gathering around them as Austin kneels next to his disheveled friend.
"Last night...I proposed to Catherine...and she excepted."
"Dez that's amazing! So what's the problem."
"That night...we decided to stay in a hotel...and we um...we did it...and today she wasn't feeling good so I drove her home then went for a run...she called and said to meet her at the park...so I get there...and she tell me she is pregnant." Team Austin gasps at the shocking news.
"Dez..."
"She's only 17. We were going to wait till after highschool to get married. We were going to wait untill later to have kids. But now *sob* I have ruined her life! Her parents kicked her out when they found out she was going to marry me. She has no one to support her. *sniffle* I haven't even told my parents I proposed since they hate her. When I tell them I'm marrying her AND that she is pregnant...there is no way they are going to let me stay let alone let her stay with us. I ruined her life Austin! It's all my fault. We used protection. I don't know how this happened!"
"Dez condoms can leak. So what are you going to do?"
"Well I'm not leaving her. I love her and I will not do that because of this. Even in this situation I will always love her. And I will still love that child. But I can't support her. I don't have a job. We were going to graduate then I could get a job and take online college through a scholarship. How will I do that now? I could've supported her if her parents kicked her out cause she was marrying me. I could've convinced my parents to let her stay but I can't do that with her pregnant. Im probably getting kicked out as soon as I tell them. I was thinking I could call my brother. He is living in central city with my uncle Barry and aunt iris. They might be able to help. But what if I'm not a good dad? I don't think I'm ready to be a dad."
"Dez everything is going to be alright. I'm sure your aunt and uncle will help. You will be a great dad Dez. I am positive. You should tell your parents with her. You can stay in the practice room till you get on your feet. Right Ally?"
"Um yeah. Of course. Were here for you Dez."
"I'm going to go tell mom and dad with her. Do you think you can call Wally for me? I don't think I can do it."
"Of course. Go. Then come back here so we can set you up in the practice room." Dez stands up and runs out of sonic boom. Austin stands and turns for the first time to Ally and Trish. They look shocked.
"Well that was...unexpected." says Trish
