A/N: Just a little drabble. Enjoy!

She had never been one for submission. It just wasn't her forte. The idea of submission tasted like bile in her throat and set her teeth on edge. So when nine Aurors surrounded Malfoy Manor, she braced for battle, a true warrior queen, shrieking with laughter. This witch would not go down without a fight. Not tonight. Not ever. It wasn't in her nature.

Insanely wild, charcoal curls flew about her face as she loosely clutched her wand. Before the Aurors had even entered the mansion, she flicked curse after curse with the grace and ease of someone taking a casual, morning stroll on the beach.

Just another day.

The Aurors lined themselves into three rows in the narrow hallway that lead to their target, like a battalion preparing for all-out war. Ink black eyes swam with joy at the formation. It was too easy. The wrecking ball would swing, destroying everything in her path.

Two of the Aurors in the front row already had their wands drawn, clenched between nervous fingers. This was not a woman to fuck around with. She didn't play nice. The third Auror in the front tried to reason with her, a mistake in retrospect. "Bellatrix Lestrange, we are here to arrest you for the torture of Alice and Frank Longbottom. Come with us, without a struggle. There is no need for anyone to get hurt."

"There is every need," she shrieked, before unleashing her fury. It was time to play.

'Avada Kedavra,' she squealed with child-like rapture towards the reasoning Auror. The dark haired man collapsed as the jet of light crashed into his sternum.

Bellatrix's skirt swirled mesmerizingly as she dodged spells from the other two in the front row. She took refuge behind a pillar, still cackling. A slender, pale arm reach around the pillar and killed yet another. And then another. The second row moved in to position.

Another flick, another lifeless body.

Just another day.

Her eyes tap danced across the corpses strewn across the floor, mocking their weaknesses. She managed one more killing curse against a curly haired blonde woman. Five in all. Not bad.

The remaining Aurors formed into a wall of defense, casting spells furiously. The pillar gave way, sending chunks of marble flying in all directions. Bellatrix was left with nowhere to go. They quickly closed in on her with a unified, powerful shield charm. Play time was over. She pouted because the game had ended. She would go to Azkaban for her Dark Lord, remaining his best Lieutenant.

"Cissy," she called, tossing her wand to her youngest sister, hidden in the shadows. "Keep that safe until I get out," she winked. She allowed herself to be carried away by the remaining ranks.

Just another day.

Narcissa nodded. She watched as her sister was taken, howling with manic laughter, taunting her captors every step of the way out the door. Narcissa could still hear her sister berating the Aurors outside of the estate. A thin smile crossed the Ice Queen's lips. Bellatrix Lestrange would never submit. Not tonight. Not ever.
