Chapter 1: Pictures and explanations

Sam sat in the choir room with Quinn, Will and the other members of the New
Directions, they were looking through a photo album that Sam had brought in from home when Finn noticed a picture of Sam and his older sister, Kate.
"Dude, who is this?" asked Finn as Sam closed his eyes for a few seconds before starting to explain.
"That's my sister, Kate, she's dying" said Sam as Rachel furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.
"Why is she dying?" asked Rachel as Sam sighed and started to explain Kate's illness.
"She has Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia, she's in remission for now but something's bound to happen to land us both back in the hospital and I'll have to donate another organ" said Sam as Finn looked at him, confusion in his eyes.
"Why do you have to give another organ, don't you have to be 18?" asked Finn as he looked at his best friend.
"I'm a donor child, I've done this since I was a newborn" When Sam said those words, everyone stared at him in complete shock.
