(This is from the order of the phoenix. The part where Harry was about to tell Sirius about his vision of Mr. Weasley's attack.)

'Sirius,' Harry muttered, unable to stand it a moment longer. 'Can I have a quick word? Er- now?'

He walked into the dark pantry - still carrying his book from Hermione - and Sirius followed. Without preamble, Harry told his godfather every detail of the vision he had had, including the fact that he himself had been the snake who had attacked Mr. Weasley.

When he paused for breath, Sirius said, 'Did you tell Dumbledore this?'

'Yes,' said Harry impatiently,' but he didn't tell me what it meant. Well, he doesn't tell me anything any more.'

'I 'm sure he would have told you if it was anything to worry about,' said Sirius steadily.

'But that's not all,' said Harry, in a voice only a little above a whisper. 'Sirius, I ... I think I'm going mad. Back in Dumbledore's office, just before we took the Portkey ... for a couple of seconds there I thought I was a snake, I felt like one-my scar really hurt when I was looking at Dumbledore-Sirius, I wanted to attack him!'

He could only see a silver of Sirius's face; the rest was in darkness.

'It must have been the aftermath of the vision, that's all,' said Sirius. 'You were still thinking of the dream or whatever it was and-'

'It wasn't that,' said Harry, shaking his head, 'it was like something rose up inside me, like there's a snake inside me.'

"That's good for you, Potter. After all, you know you deserve it." Said a drawling voice from behind him. Harry dropped the book he was holding in shock and it fell with a thud at his feet.

He spun round, his hand flying to his wand which was lying on the table. There, in full view of the kitchen, was none other than Draco Malfoy. He was wearing a clean set of

Plain green robes with a prefect badge pinned to his chest along with another badge Harry did not recognize. His pale pointed face was sneering and his eyes were glinting evilly.

Then to his horror, Malfoy looked behind Harry and seemed to recognize Sirius as the "convicted murderer" that everyone was looking for. His eyes strayed back to Harry who did not do what to do but was thinking about stunning though he was still underage.

Malfoy was looking very frightened and his face was now even paler than usual. His eyes rolled upwards as he fell, his wand flying from his hand. There was a huge thud and Harry turned back to find Sirius standing still apparently, in shock.

"How did he get in?" Harry asked him lowering his wand. Sirius opened his mouth to speak but closed it again and shook his head. He recovered himself in a few seconds silence as Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Mrs. And Mr. Weasley had rushed in, who had apparently heard the loud thud Malfoy had made.

"I don't understand.' Said Sirius. "Yeah, and we do! We obviously knew everything that went on because we were in the room at the time!" Said Ron very sarcastically.

Harry sat down and began to tell them how they had been interrupted by Malfoy.

He left out the part where he and Sirius had been discussing the dream. They all looked devastated.

Sirius collapsed into a chair beside Harry and they continued to discuss how he had got in. But nobody realized that Malfoy hadn't really fainted. Nobody realized he now had his wand back in his hand. Nobody even realized that Draco Malfoy was now a death eater and had almost completed the task he had been sent. Malfoy smiled and whispered, "Avada Kedavra" and a jet of green light shot from his wand and onto Harry's chest.
