I am Kiryu

I am strong and independent
I wonder about my friends in satellite
I hear Yusei telling me he's sorry
I see the mark of the giant on my arm
I want to be free of this dark spell that is upon me
I am strong and independent

I pretend to accept being terrible
I feel worse inside
I touch my arm to remember
I worry about how to make up for lost times
I cry when I see my friends get hurt because of my decisions
I am strong and independent

I understand I'm never going to be able to be forgiven
I say thing I always soon regret
I dream that one day, they'll understand
I try to find ways to say sorry
I hope there will be a bright future for me with my friends
I am strong and independent
