Title: Kagome's Poem

Description: Kagome's words on what has happened as a result of stumbling across the feudal era.

WARNING: if you do not want to know what happens in the manga passed the show, don't read, there contains a couple of hints from the manga and if you read it and don't get the hints don't worry about it, lol.

This is also my first Inuyasha poem and I was just trying it out;)

Kagome's Poem

I found my destiny, my belonging.

I found my reason and calling.

Inside a well that takes me back

I learned the truth, I faced this fact.

I made some friends and took my place

A higher calling I still must face

For if the jewel is in Naraku's hand

I fear our era may not well stand.

So why put us through this tortured pain

We try asking over and again to explain

You think this well prove some greater meaning

To strap us down in constant scheming.

We put our powers to the test

Together we stand, we are our best.

Our friendship holds through to the very end

We did our best and we will mend.

To lose those, we will always remember

From the kiln of fire and ember

And from the wind which spoke freedom and hope

Troubled times, we learned to cope.

One journey finished, another waits

What mysterious, what excitement lies in our destined fates?

THE END

A/N: so how was it, should I write more poems?
