It was always there. The hatred. It was embedded in all the fear Milton had carried for Phillip. He would tremble with fear in his presence. That was in the past. All the fear had overflowed in him and had grown into something else. Milton lifted the hand gun, held it steady, and aimed it to Phillips head. There was no hesitation as there would have most surely been a few weeks ago. His action was free of doubt. Just as he was about to pull the trigger he had a realization. Where would be the suffering and pain the governor ultimately deserved? The governor was smiling at Milton, a laugh stuck in his throat. "Now here's something," he paused and scoffed, "I thought I would never see," Milton's eyes narrowed and he drew the gun back slightly. Phillip had his head hung down as he shook it sideways laughing charismatically. "Geez Milton I actually bel-" he looked up at Milton and saw he was pointing the gun again. Milton wanted to make sure the governor would see. The governor watched, what felt like slow motion, as Milton lowered the gun's aim. Phillip's eyes widened as it struck where the gun was pointed to; dead center of his crotch.

A/N: Sorry to anyone who was following my past Milton story. I decided to just write a short one-shot. This actually was going to be in a later chapter in that story but that wasn't working out. I might merge this one-shot with my past story someday or make it into a bigger story. Well, I just wanted to make Milton a bad-ass because it seems like he does not like what the governor does but he is just too afraid to stand up to him. At least that's what it looked like in the beginning of this season maybe he is switching sides...
