He wasn't very smart with his resources this time around. He needed to make a habit of being smarter he often wondered if he should just return to the Konoha but it wasn't that simple.
He stared down at his shoes old and rugged but this was the choice he made and he had to find what he was looking for. Even though at times he wasn't quite sure exactly what he was he was actually looking for.
Now seeing the world the way he did now he was quite content with finding his purpose no matter how long it took. His thoughts often moved towards his friends although he couldn't always figure out was Sakura was to him. He wasn't nearly as dense as Naruto was he was aware of Sakura's feelings toward him although similar to Naruto he wasn't quite sure what to do with them.
When he was younger he in his own appreciated her love it made him feel the way he did when he had a family. She reminded him of his mother but he couldn't quite think of it beyond that. What he told Kakashi was true he didn't see any reason for her to love him and saw no reason to love her.
But it was pointless to dwell he didn't quite know why he was racking his brain about this he honestly had more important matters. ''Hello Sasuke'' I was shocked I didn't sense anyone so I drew my made and turned quickly.
''There is no reason to be shocked Sasuke'' The stranger said.
''Who the hell are you'' He said in response
He didn't know this man's face he was mainly confused to how he even managed to sneak up on him.
''I know you must be wondering who I am but that's of no concern to you''
''Who are you to say what's my concern'' he said as he cut him off angrily
''Someone you know very well'' he said when a glint of purpose in his eyes
He decided to attack this stranger he flashed in front of him with blinding speed he moved as quickly and started to form seals. He immediately went on the offensive and ran his chidori through his blade and planted his feet ready to strike. He then appeared above right in his face
''Hes fast he thought to himself''

''Too slow Sasuke'' the man said to him
His face then transformed to itachi's choking him he then started to laugh like that fateful day when he faced itachi.
''Now your eyes are mine sasuke!
He then panicked he didn't know what to do now he was dying no where to escape.
He then woke up in drenched he then said to himself " A nightmare'' He hadn't quite stopped having nightmares about Itachi even after learning the truth but he needed to keep moving to find some purpose
