It's breakfast time
At the Slytherins' table
"I can't believe you made us stay here," Blaise says.
"You know I don't go to the Manor this year," Draco says. "And I sure didn't want to stay with the Gryffindorks by myself."
"Aren't you suppose to be…" Pansy says.
"I don't want to talk about it alright," Draco says.
"Pansy just drop it," Blaise says. "He doesn't want to talk about it, he doesn't have to."
"He need to talk about it," Pansy says. "He can't keep it all inside."
"If he wants to, we should let him," Blaise says.
"As his friends we shouldn't," Pansy says.
Draco zones out his best friends' voices and look across the ways to the Gryffindors' table at Potter.
Potter looks up and slightly smiles.
Draco smiles back.
"What are you smiling at?" Blaise asks.
"Nothing," Draco says looking down at his plate.
"Right," Blaise says.
