A/N This is a story that came to me while I was watching Gansta, Gansta. It is set in the beginning of the episode when Sean is calling Emma's house.

Sean was bored. He had nothing to do tonight and Tracker was in his room with some girl, so he wouldn't be much company. He'd called Emma once earlier today but as usually she didn't answer. But there was no harm in trying again.

"Hello?"

"Emma?"

"Hey Sean. Thank God you called. Life is hell here at the Simpson Nelson home. I'm about ready to kill myself." Emma laughed it off.

"I'm sorry Em. Do you want me to come over?'

" I don't know. My mom really needs..." Emma was interrupted by Snake yelling for her in the background. "I'm sorry Sean. I have to go."

Sean started saying bye but the phone clicked before he could finish.

During another marathon of re-runs, Sean drifted into sleep.

The phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Sean, its Emma's mom. I need you to come down to the hospital."

"Why? Is Snake sick?"

"No. Its Emma. She," Sean could her Spike crying, " She tried to commit suicide. I don't know what happened. She said she was going to sleep. I went to check on her an hour later and I found her next to a bottle of Archie's sleeping medication… Just please get down the the hospital as soon as possible. She needs you Sean."

Sean hung up the phone. Somehow this action made him immediately placed him in the hospital waiting room.

"Mr. Simpson, where Emma?"

"Sean, thank God you are here. Emma.. Emma's not doing well. They tried to pump her stomach but the medication had already settled. They are testing her to make sure her liver is ok. She might not make it Sean"

Sean woke up yelling, "No! She has to be ok."

"Sean, man, it was only a dream."

Tracker was sitting on the chair next to him watching TV.

"Damn, that dream was too real."

Emma woke up dreading going to school. Mondays were always the hardest. She got dressed and Snake drove her. Sean was sitting on the steps outside Degrassi and was immediately at her side.

When Snake was out of site he kissed her with all of the emotion he had in him.

"Woah, Sean. What was that for?"

"Emma, I want you to know that I am going to be here for you no matter what. I can help you watch Jack or help you around the house. I want you to know that I care about you and will always be by your side."

"Sean what is this about?"

"Nothing, I just thought you needed to hear it."

"I guess I did. Thank you." Emma looked around before quickly kissing Sean.
