Summary: In the movies, Andy father is no where to be found. What there was a reason? On Andy 18th birthday party, he is thrust into the crazy world of his father's in a single gun shot.

"Happy Birthday to you" His friends sang.
Now 18 year old Andy Davis wanted to die of embarrassment.
He had no idea that his college friends were going to do this on his 18th birthday, he was in his College room and four people were inside, singing happy birthday to him.
His girlfriend Megan, held a large chocolate cake light with 18 multi-colored candles.
It had been almost a year since he had given away his old childhood toys, that he had great memories with, he was sure that little Bonnie would take very good care of them.
His own mother wanted to be at college to celebrate his birthday but after much talking out of, she gave him an hour-long call instead.
They finished singing.
Andy smiled shyly and said. "Guy's, you didn't have to do this"
"Of course we do, dude." Said, his best friend. Josh.
"Make a wish" Said, his girlfriend drawing the cake closer.
Andy smiled and said. "I've already got everything I could ever want", than he blew out the candles.
Suddenly the wall came crashing down and everybody was blown away from the sheer force, Andy was blown out of the door and hit his back on the wall that greeted him.
"Urgh" He said.
He looked to see a black van had busted through his room and out came people in camouflage armed with guns.
"Andy!" Said, his girlfriend she rushed to him, only for one of the guys to open fire.
The shot went right through her head and she collapsed.
At this point, Andy was screaming in terror.
But what happened next was shocking, his girlfriend transformed into giant fish wearing female clothes.
"A-Andy" Said, the fish in his girlfriend voice.
Andy screamed for the second time.
He was horrified to hear gun shots in the room and his body managed to at least try to crawl away.
"Secure the child!" He heard somebody yell.
Those in the dorm, came to see what was going on, only to be horrified to see guys with guns appear and without mercy, Andy found himself running from bullets being fired.
The people he knew, tried to help only to be gun down.
When they fell, they turned into fish people in clothes.
What was going on?
What was going on!?
Was the whole place like this?
Where was his real college!?
Where were his real friends!?
Was he on a horror movie set?
He tried to make sense of this.
Seeing other fall, his English teacher came up to him and said, in a tone that he had never heard the person display before.
"Your going to come with us, Boy"
Their operation had been compromised.
Andy did not want to go with this person and backed away, suddenly he was jumped by all sides and carried, only for an explosion to go off and more people in camouflage entered the dormitory.
"Drop, the child" Said, a female voice as guns pointed to the group that was kidnapping him.
"This boy belongs to us" Said, one of them.
"Tricking him into going to one of your hives doesn't make him belong to you" Said, the female. "If his father was here, you wouldn't have gotten anywhere close to him"
Wait.
My father?
"That morn fell in love with a human woman and gave up everything to be with her" Said, one of them. "That idiot lasted 6 years, not even a full human one. He didn't even tell his family what he was. But that pesky morn know his son had his talents so he left him cloaked. Do you know how long it took us to get to this point? Let us feed"
Than all four of them were gun down without mercy revealing their true forms.
Andy fell to the ground and was immediately surrounded by people wielding guns, he was too horrified by what he was laying in to do anything.
"Squad 13. Have you cleared out everything?" Said, the female voice.
"Affirmative. Once the boy is out of the building, we are prepped for clean up" Said, another voice at the other end.
Andy was too in shock to do anything when he was dragged away and placed into a van, it soon sped out.
They drove and the van seemed to vanish from the streets completely, when it reappeared it was on a road to a military looking base.
The van drove to a laser protected gate and was scanned.
The lasers turned off and van went inside and the vans behind did so as well.
When Andy finally came to, he found himself in a warm room with yellow walls, he was wrapped in a blue blanket and being served hot chocolate.
In front of him was a dark skinned woman with ginger short hair, blue eyes and in a military uniform.
"My god you look like your father" She suddenly said.
"Huh?" Andy said.
"Oh, sorry" She said, suddenly realising he was out of shock. "I know this overwhelming for you. If we had protected you sooner, you wouldn't have had to see such a sight."
"A-Am I being pranked?" Said, Andy.
"If you were being pranked, seeing your friends, teacher and girlfriend become monsters and die, isn't a very funny joke" She said.
And Andy know she was right.
"Allow me to introduce myself" She said, "My name 219, of the Galactic Force. Those things you saw die are called 'Minj'. Their favourite thing to do is, suck the life out of a person that has ability's. They are very good at blending into the surrounding and masquerading as human. They can wear pretty much any face"
"Wait..." Andy said, he wasn't going to believe her yet. "Than that wasn't really my college?"
"Yes it was" She said, getting him stunned. "That was a hive. As the son of Matthew Davis. You were a three course meal, all the time to them"
"...You keep mentioning my father" Andy said.
"Here" She said, getting out something from her pocket and slid it over to them.
Andy looked and was stunned to see a young man who looked very similar to him who had brown eyes and looked very heroic in a military suit.
For the first time, Andy had something other than his dad childhood pictures to look at.
"That photo was taken 22 years ago." Said, 219, stunning him. "Your father was an amazing person. It's a shame that your father never told your mother who he was. For love, he left everything behind and stopped using his abilities. Even though that build up would eventually kill him, he decided to be there for his family to the bitter end."
She gave him time to drink in the man's appearance.
"I've got videos and more photos" She said, getting his attention. "If you would like to see them later"
And Andy would love to see them, to think one day he would get something other than what his mother told him and childhood pictures.
"You said I have abilities..." Andy said. "I'm just a normal teenager"
She took out something else but it was a large tablet device and then slid its way to him.
He looked and he was stunned.
It was his childhood toys and they were moving without somebody pulling the strings!
Andy stared.
"Your father was the one who brought Woody the toy to life" She said, stunning. "You brought the rest to life. You were bring toys to life left and right, your love was so strong that you even improved on what your father did. Any toy that surrounded any of your toys came to life"
No matter how careful the toys were, they were bounded to be caught on camera one day.
"Your father most likely know that you inherited his ability" She said. "He probably didn't tell you because you were so immature back then. Trying to use your powers was like a giant beacon for anybody who is looking for a power meal." Before she said. "You father gave you Woody so that those things couldn't harm you. However they were craft. They used growing up as an excuse to get you away from him and once you did, they started testing on you"
Fest?
"Have you been feeling really tired at random points in your day?" She said, making his eyes widen. "How about your vision suddenly going blurry? Andy, at the rate they fed off you, you would have never made it past a school term"
Andy eyes widened.
"However, now that your away from them, your body will recover" she said, before she said. "But now we have to talk about what comes now."
"What comes now?" he said.
"Andy, those things invaded your life." She said. "There are far more of them out there, than that Hive. They would be on the look out for you everywhere. They have been in your home. They are your neighbours and friends. They have your mother complete trust. If you go back there or somebody from your family see's you and tells somebody about you, not only will you be in danger once again but they would be too. There is no to guarantee your family would be safe."
Andy was horrified.
"This is why you can never go back to that house" She said. "Well, not as yourself anyway. We have something to cloak your scent and looks. You're a man now and your abilities are shinning, you'll be hunted for the rest of your life. You'll put normal people in danger. Your father knew this as well but your mother stole his heart and made him stay to his last breath."
No.
"Are you saying, I can never see my mother or my little sister again?" said, Andy.
"Do you intend to seal you abilities like your father?" She said. "It killed him now it will kill you. Plus, what would the Minj think when they haven't heard from their hive and you suddenly turn up alive and well with no ability? Just for being your father son, they would murder you, your mother and your sister. Can you say, that you are strong enough to protect your mother and your sister as you are now? Do you think anybody would believe you about the world bring infested by Minj and you escaped a Hive? What would your family say?"
Andy was stunned because he could see his mother dragging him to therapy and his sister blabbing to her friends at how nuts he was.
A whole school was really a hive to leech off of him, he had powers and his father apparently was this amazing space fighter?
That sounded like a good plot for a cheesy movie.
"We can drop you at home" said, the woman. "But done blame us for what happens next. We can only protect you and your family so much. We have other duties to attend to. We only saved you today, out of respect for Matthew."
Other people needed saving other than him in their eyes.
"….Fine." Andy said. "But what about my mother, my little sister? What would happen to them when they stop hearing from me? Are you going to tell them, I'm missing?"
"Its either that or we tell them your dead and hit them with devastating emotion" said, the female stunning him. "It would take them a year or two for the pain to stop hurting so bad but eventually they would move on"
"That's…horrible" said, Andy.
Who thinks that option is even remotely okay?
"Okay, then. So we tell them, your missing and have your sister and mother linger onto hope that they would see your again but they never will." she said, before she said. "And your sure this is a better option to place on them instead of telling them your dead so that they won't look for you?"
Andy was speechless.
What kind of person was she?
