Cameron, Buck, Williams was sitting at a desk in the New York Office of Global Weekly. Stanton Bailey, his boss had wanted to see him today for some reason or another. Maybe his boss had another assignment for him out in Washington D.C. With all the recent activity boiling over in the senate, It was possible now that his boss wanted him to go their and interview some of the main senators working on this. Or maybe he was about to be assigned to War-Torn Turkey or Syria. With the war taking place their, It was likely he would be sent their. However, it was time for the special Newsmaker of the Year Issue. He and all others in the office had voted on who would get the award and it was a unanamous decision that Chaim Rozenswaig, an israeli botanist, should get the honor. He had invented a formula that had made all of the Israeli deserts blossom into being one of the most fruitful countries in the world. No one knew who Stanton Bailey would pick to fly to Israel and interview Chaim, but some were fairly certain that Buck had the liking of Bailey and was favored to get the assignment. Buck was now called into Stantons office. Stanton came right to the point of why he wanted to see him. Buck, Let me get right down to bussiness. I have looked at how everyone has handled this event on who would get the assignment for newsmaker of the year. I have decided that you will get the job. Get Packed. You Leave tommorow morning. Yes, Sir, Buck answered, I will get right on it. Buck left the New York office and was heading home to his apartment to get packed. He only had about 12 hours to get packed up and ready to go. Rayford Steele was sitting next to his wife and son in New Hope Village Church. He started to think about all the stuff he had to do that afternoon, including, fly one of the planes to France, then to Florida, until then heading back to Chicago. He did not listen to the preacher, Vernon Billings and his assistant, Bruce Barnes preach back and forth about the Rapture. Big Deal, Rayford thought to himself. That probably will not happen for another 100 years. What Rayford did not realize was that the Rapture was a lot closer than he thought. Much, much, closer. Buck was all packed and ready to go when the phone rang. It was his friend and colleague Dirk Burton. Hey Buck, Listen. I heard that Bailey gave you the cover story so I want you to know some more about Dr. Rozenswaig... I know enough about him Dirk. You do not have to tell me asnything at all. I am going to interview him. I will learn all that I need to know from him. So talk to ya later Dirk. Buck Trust me. This is very Important and it doesnt really have to do with just Rozenswaig. What do you mean? I mean, Buck. That there are some other guys who wanna do bad things with Rozenswaigs fromula. Very Bad things that could change history. I want you to meet me in the usual spot. Listen Dirk, I am short on... Dirk hung up. Rayford Steele was upset that his wife had decided to stay after church that day for another one of those crazy meetings about the last book of the bible Revelation. He had wanted to get home and rest a little bit before he flew his plane to New York. After 20 more minutes of sitting in the car waiting for his wife to come, she finnally did. What took so long, Irene? Rayford, I know that you do not like this church very much, but if you would just give it a chance, you might realize that it is not to bad. Rayford highly doubted that he would ever like this church. John Jackson was now resting in his favorite chair, waiting patiently for the phone to ring, As the new secretary for Romanian President Nicolae Carpathia. He knew that Viv Ivins would be calling to tell Nicolae that their meeting would have to wait. Just as he thought about this, The phone rang...
