Story takes place anytime between after Shepard and Ashley's date and before the end of the game

Shepard just entered the embassies. He was heading towards the specter requisitions area since he received and message from Ashley to meet her there. The door ID Shepard as a specter and allowed him entry. Heading towards the terminals to check if anything new had come up for him he didn't see Ashley. She must have already gone into the shooting range if Shepard knew any better.
As soon as he checked the terminal he headed straight into the Range. Just as he thought she was already gearing up but had not yet noticed him. He slowly came behind her seeing her perfect form while cleaning her assault rifle just like in the old days. It reminded him how he always sneaked up on her in the armory of the first Normandy.
"You know LC nobody cleans a weapon quiet like you" Shepard said behind her startling her
"Skipper you know I hate it when you do that" Ashley turned to Shepard with a smile
"God you have no idea how I missed you calling me that Ash" Shepard said grabbing his own gear in the specter range.
"You're a bad liar commander, you know that's the least of many things you missed "Ashley grabbed her rifle and started shooting down range
"Well I see you can still drill anyone between the eyes at such a distance Ash" Shepard said as he stood next to her and shot a in the exact same spot Ashley had.
"You know skipper you don't have to impress me like some High school girl"
"But it's more fun this way Ash" Shepard smiled signaling the targets to move further down range
"Well now skipper is this a contest you want"
"Ash you don't want me to embarrass the second human specter here do you"
"Shepard this specter is going to show you how a human can really shot" Ashley said while laughing at Him then continued " I tell you what commander. If you can get more headshots then me in 5 seconds you get a price of your choosing" she smiled
"Sounds fair enough…wait what if you win LC"
"Oh don't worry Shepard you will see"
"Huh you say that like you've already won Ash"
Ignoring Shepard's comment Ashley started the targets to move setting the timer for 5 seconds in 3 perfect shots she drilled all 3 targets between the eyes in just fewer than 4 seconds.
"Beat that skipper" she teased Shepard
Shepard reset the targets switching them to move with the timer just as Ashley did. Within a quick motion he shot in about the same time as ash. He drilled two targets near the same spot but the third hit the side of the head near the ear.
"Don't worry skipper I won't tell the crew you're getting old at this" Ashley laughed
"So LC what do you want. A new scope for your rifle, some fancy expensive modes" Shepard teased ash knowing she was more into Weapons than jewelry.
Cutting of Shepard Ashley simply but her weapon aside and grabbed him as she forced one of the most passionate kiss that she could give him.
"Well now I could have sworn that you won, because that's the prize I would have asked for" Shepard whispered
Ashley smiled "Great minds think alike skipper, that's why I love you"
