Getting Used to Fame

Albus Severus Potter never expected to be famous like his father, Harry James Potter. Yes, he is Harry Potter's son, but really what difference did that make? He was just an ordinary boy trying to get through school, and escape his brother, James's pranks.

But, of course, he couldn't be a normal kid. He just had to be, well, different. Famous different.

He still remembered his first day at Hogwarts. Whispers, that was the first thing he heard when Professor McGonagall called his name to put on the Sorting Hat. Whispers/cheers when he was put into Gryffindor.

Then, the next day, more whispers followed him all day. By the middle of the day he became so annoyed with the whispers that he screamed in the halls, "Will you be quiet!" costing him 10 points from Gryffindor and a lot of weird looks from his classmates.

So, from that moment on he just tried to ignore all the annoying whispers. After all, who cared what they think? As James would say, a lot, "They talk you walk." He could be a right fowl git sometimes, but other times he spoke words of wisdom.

So that was what Albus was going to live by. He was just going to ignore all the whispers and get on with life. Because sooner or later he's going to have to get used to fame.
