Hi, this is taylor-the-generic-opera, the author of this fanfic!
The idea for this came to me thus summer, and it's been stuck there ever since. I figured I should write it down now or I'll go insane. So, without further ado, on with the story!

Description: Rachel and Kurt both wake up one morning to find that the past two years have only been a dream… Now what?
Chapter One – Déjà Vu
"Will you marry me?" Rachel's head snapped up in shock. Did Finn… really just ask her to… marry him? Sure, they had just graduated, but honestly! With wide eyes, the short brunette opened her mouth to answer, trying to find the words.
Taking a deep breath, Rachel Berry finally found her words and projected them.
"Beep-beep-beep-beep-beep!" Wait… That wasn't right. The noise was growing stronger and louder, as If it was a growing headache, one that grew in the back of your head before slowly growing stronger, before eventually taking over all thought process with horrible pain.
Rachel opened her eyes suddenly, squinting against the bright sunlight of the morning that was peeking through her windows.
Wait… what? She stayed where she was in bed, thinking for a moment. That was possibly the most realistic dream she had ever had, and she had had some very vivid dreams in the past few years.
Rolling over, the tiny brunette stared at her desk. Her breath caught in her throat as she sat straight up. Her MVP trophy from last year wasn't there. Neither were any of the pictures she had taken with her friends or other such mementos.
…What was going on?
Rachel threw back the covers as she jumped up as quickly as she could. A major headache made itself present as soon as her feet hit the floor, causing her to groan and flop back onto her bed. The sheets felt cool against the back of her head as she stared at her ceiling. There were no pictures placed with the gold stars she had hung up there anymore. All she saw were a bunch of gold stars she had hung up two years ago to decorate her white ceiling.
This had to be a dream. Yes, that was it, it was all one really realistic dream that was quickly turning into a nightmare.
Rolling over onto her stomach, the girl stretched across the width of her bed to grab her phone off of the nightstand. She flipped it open to see not a picture of her and Finn, but a picture of her queen, Barbra Streisand.
No.
No, no, no! This couldn't be real!
She quickly opened her messages, scrolling through the ones that were there. Her eyes scanned over the names of the recipients… Not one of them were her friends. What was going on? Rachel jammed her thumb into the center button after highlighting the 'Compose Message' option on the phone's small screen.
Kurt, is it just me, or is something strange going on? All of my things from the past two years are gone!
She went to go enter his number into the address bar when she realized that his number wasn't in her phone. Curiously, she began scrolling through her address book. Finn wasn't in there. Neither was Noah, or Tina, or even Santana or Blaine.
Something was defiantly wrong about this entire dream.
Except…
She had a sick feeling in the pit of her stomach that she wasn't actually asleep.
…Yeah, I don't know either.
Thanks for reading!
