The Doctor's TARDIS is a type 40 Mark 3 with a broken circuit. Yes, it is true that I got the idea of the Lieutenant's TARDIS from the BBC. However, The Lieutenant's TARDIS is a type 30 Mark 3 TARDIS. The Lieutenant's circuit is broken but not completely. Upon landing, the TARDIS takes the form of a telephone box but it can change to suit the area where it is.
