Jason pulled her close to him. She smelled so good. Like a new house. That fresh smell when you step in and nothing's been done to tamper with it. So fresh, so elegant, so perfect.
"You should meet my family," Brickna broke up their short kiss.
Jason froze. Didn't her brother try to kill him the other day?
"Your family," He said questioningly. "The same one that tried to kill me?"
"Come on, it wasn't my fault your friend was possessed by a demon and nearly destroyed Camp Jupiter! Besides without him you wouldn't have met me!"
Jason admitted defeat. "Yeah, but aren't they a bit stiff?"
"The Wall family is not full of Stiff's okay," Brickna defended herself. "And don't you love me?"
"I do," He said. "But why now of all times?"
"I've met your family so many times, you should meet mine." Brickna responded.
"Fine," he finally gave up. "Should we go now?"
Camp Jupiter at night was the place where couples could stroll down the camp without disturbance.
"Yeah," she said.
They walked down the paved road with the night sky giving off a romantic feeling, The stars twinkled brightly that night.
The found a tall brick wall with a brick missing.
Chatter overwhelmed the bricks as they saw Brickna come over with her 'mortal' boyfriend.
"Brickna," Her brother yelled.
"Brick," she embraced him.
"Why'd you bring, him?" Brick had a distaste for mortals like Jason.
"I love him! Can't you see!" Brickna wanted to live her own life. She was an independent brick.
"But it's so lonely without you, and what about Bricky and Rebricka? And mom and dad miss you and stuff."
Brickna hesitated. 'Yeah, maybe I should come home."
"Jason, do you understand?"
"Yeah," Jason looked a bit upset.
"Then you know what you have to do," She said. He picked her up and placed her back in her place.
"Wrong way," She said.
"Oops sorry," he said and fixed her.
"Well there son," a brick with a gravely voice said. "You just won my daughter's hand in marriage."
"For real?" Jason was exited.
"Nobody's ever been willing to get rid of their brick partner, and place them back correctly, " The brick continued. "You've inspired me to love people like you. Congrats kid."
Behind the wall, the seven were snickering quietly while Percy kept up the conversation.
Piper wasn't amused. They had taken this too far.
"Brickna," He said.
Annabeth pushed Piper close to the wall.
"Yes," She feigned.
'Will you marry me?"
That was supposed to be her. Piper had never felt jealous before, but the fact her boyfriend- ex-boyfriend, was willingly dating a brick over her made her angry.
She walked from behind the wall. Then she smacked him in the face.
"It was a stupid prank," she said then left.
Jason fainted. He waited for Piper to be out of sight before laughing.
"Do you think we took it too far," Hazel said.
"Nah, Jason's a great actor, she'll be fine. Scarred but fine," Frank said.
"Those kisses though," Jason laughed. "Should I go find her?"
"Nah, she'll be fine," Percy said.
