The puzzle box, seemed to conceal something inside,
As if some secret its mettalic surface did hide,
My fingers moved elegantly over its edges, my mind began to wonder,
Thinking, wondering, what was its secret? I began to ponder,
In frustration, I hurled the treasure to the floor,
Its presance I decided then to ignore,
Glancing down, my eyes grew wide,
It was opening up like a blooming flower, revealing a mystical light inside,
I leant down slowly, un-able to blink at the sight,
Never, would I forgot this horrid night,
The air grew cold, the room became silent, the lights became dim,
Such a ghastly atmosphere, one which was truly grim,
From the shadowy corner, a figure stepped out,
A figure who's appearance was so horrid I wanted to shout,
It was man with twisted, smiling features,
Ignorantly, I was un-aware of what would soon start,
as he told me in cold, cruel words, "We will tear your soul apart."
