I should be writing new chapters to Kiss and Dead Eyes instead of writing this one. But I just had to write this one. Didn't quite end the way I wanted it to end. But I am still pleased with it. Not extremely long. More of a drabble.

"Neji-ni-sama?" Behind closed doors, he was just Neji. Calling him brother weirded him out, made him uncomfortable. But in front of everyone else he was still "brother". This was to keep people from knowing. Behind closed doors they touched each other. Touched each other in places where cousins of such close relation should not touch each other. Still they touched each other. They moaned in ecstasy and writhed in pleasure under each other's touch. Behind closed doors she was not a failure. She knew exactly where to touch him She knew exactly what to do to turn him on Behind closed doors, he was no longer a genius. Behind closed doors, he laid back underneath his cousin's hands. He let her guide him.

And behind closed doors is where she found him. Found him crumpled up on the floor, his eyes lifeless. In fact his eyes were not their normally milky pupil-less. No now they were…they were normal. Blue. Blue like Naruto's. Funny, she never would have thought his eyes would be blue. No, they should have been black. Black like Uchiha Sasuke-kun's. Black like his personality. Yet they were blue. Blue and glazing over with death.

She kneeled beside him reaching a tentative hand out to touch him on his shoulder. She stared at him as if thinking he was just sleeping and would wake any moment. She bent down to press her lips to his and was disappointed to find them cold. She moved her hands to grasp at his even more disappointed to find them cold as well.

"Neji?" She whispered to him again, this time slightly shaking him. She wanted him to answer her, she knew he never would. Behind closed doors, they had been more than cousins. Behind closed doors they had been united. She noticed then the blood she was kneeling in. She touched the crimson sticky substance. Rub her fingers together and lifted them up to smell them. Was this what Neji's blood smelled like? Was this what all blood smelled like? It wasn't cold like Neji was, but it wasn't warm either. She placed her whole hand in the blood and lifted it again, staring at it. Was this perhaps a dream. Maybe she was asleep behind closed doors and soon she would wake. Neji would probably wake her. Wake her the way he always did behind closed doors. He would whisper in her ear and run his hands down her arms. She would slowly open her eyes and turn to him, behind closed doors.

Yet this was no dream, in fact it was a nightmare. A nightmare unfolding behind closed doors. She grabbed his hand again and placed it to her cheek, rubbing blood on her face. No tears fell from her eyes. She just sat there in silence. She didn't even flinch as she heard the door open. She didn't lift her eyes from Neji's face as the person stopped in front of her.

"Why?" Amazingly her voice was clear and strong. It should have cracked, it should have been broken. Why was she so calm?

"What you two were doing was wrong. It was a sin." The voice answering her shouldn't have been so confident. It should have been faltering and nervous. Yet it spoke as if this was a common and everyday thing. Hinata continued to stare at Neji, her hand letting go of his once again and moved to pull the kunai out of his chest. She held it in her hands and let the cold metal burn into her hands. Soon the blade found its to her own heart and then out again. Without looking, she carelessly tossed the kunai at the person.

"Was this necessary?" She asked "He was dead the moment you activated his seal."

"Blood washes away the sin." the answer was so simple and with that the person left, leaving the heir with the dead caged bird. There their blood would mix together forever staining.

And they were no longer behind closed doors.
