-TOW The Miracle Christmas-

Chapter 1: All I want for Christmas…

Disclaimer: I don't own anything off of Friends, except the characters you haven't seen before, the plot of the story and the personality's for the children. (BTW, this is Emma and Brooke writing this one.) And we do realize it's not Christmas, but we started this story and fell in love with it. So, here goes:

Dear Santa Claus,

This year, all I want for Christmas is my Mommy. I miss her so much and all I want is Mommy back. I don't like it without Mommy here. Daddy doesn't know how to do any girl stuff! He can't do hair, shop, cuddle, he doesn't know how to play Barbie's or house! I hate it without Mommy. She didn't do anything. It wasn't her fault! Please Santa, that's all I want, forever. No more presents, no nothing, just Mommy. I'll do anything! Please Santa, please?

Love, Emma

"Auntie Monnie, I finished my letter! Mail it as soon as you can. It's real important, okay?" Emma screamed running through the Bing's house.

"Can I take a peak first?" Monica asked, taking the piece of paper from her niece.

"Yah, whatever…"

"Okay, Why don't I just read it out loud, so that we can all find out what Santa's going to get you, so that we don't get you the same thing?"

"I don't care who gets me it, I just need it!" Emma sighed, plopping herself down on the floor next to Spanky, her eight month old Golden Retriever puppy.

"Okay then, here we go: …" Monica continued on, reading Emma's letter in front of Chandler, Ross, Phoebe, Mike and Mona (Who was dating Ross at the time.). After she finished, she looked up at her niece.

"WHAT?" Emma snapped

"Emma, this isn't something anyone could give you, honey, she's gone- Forever- and as much as you miss her, you can't get her back." Monica tried to explain. Emma broke down and ran into the open arms of Mona. Stuffing her face into Mona's neck, she calmed down a bit. After a few minutes, Emma pulled back and stared at Mona. Her hand flung to her fathers girlfriends neck, and grabbed the dangling jewelry. She popped the locket open, and engraved inside was: "You're my everything…it's always been you!" She shrieked and flew off of Mona's lap.

"How could you? That was Mommy's! I hate you, both of you!" Emma screamed, darting her heartbroken eyes into Ross's and Mona's.

"Ems, you've got to move on- Mona and I are engaged now, Mommy is NOT coming back, she's DEAD!" Ross yelled.

"No!" Emma screamed back, and ran for the door. She twisted the knob, opened the door, and ran straight into someone's legs. She fell backwards and screamed. She curled herself up in a ball, and started rocking back and forth.

"Mommy…" she whimpered. Someone wrapped their arms around her, and pulled her into their lap.

"Shh, baby, Mommy's back. It's going to be okay. Shh, it'll all be okay. Just breathe, baby girl, breathe…" Rachel cooed while glancing up at her friends, her family. "I was never dead…" She studied her friend's faces, all shocked and non-responsive. A small hand tilted her face downward.

"Oh my gosh, Mommy it's really you!"

"Yeah, sweetie, it's really me, and I'm not going anywhere, anytime soon." Rachel got up, picking Emma up along with her and carrying them both into the house, closing the door, and resting on the couch. Emma clung to her, but in a matter of seconds Monica was squeezing her so tight, she thought she was going to burst. Everyone else followed suit and questions were thrown out every which way.

"Guys, I'll explain later. Right now I just want to spend time with my daughter, okay?" Rachel asked, smiling.

"Yes/Of course/Yeah/Sure/etc." Everyone chorused out.

"Thank you so much Santa Claus!" Emma whispered so only she could hear, right before dragging Rachel over to her Barbie Dream House.
