Wilfre watched as the Shadow Creatures, that had come out of the Book of Life, came closer and closer to him. He knew what they wanted. Him.
"Creator help me!" Wilfre begged. "I thought destroying the pages of the Book of Life would destroy those monsters too! Please help me fend them off, they're going to consume me in their Darkness!"
"I can not destroy something I did not create." the Creator's powerful, awe inspiring, and fearful voice said, as if It was whispering in Wilfre's ear.
"But... I..." Wilfre started, but couldn't finish. The Shadow Creatures were getting closer, and Wilfre was running out of room to back up into. "You're just going to abandon me?"
The Creator didn't respond.
"But I... but I was one of your most divine followers. I traveled all over the world telling of your deeds. And you're just going to abandon me in my time of need?" Wilfre asked fearfully, he was on the edge of crying, and screaming in fear of what the Shadow Creatures would do to him.
The Creator didn't respond.
Wilfre tripped over something that had been strewn on the floor days before. If he had known that it would of had been the key to sealing his ultimate fate, he would have picked it up.
As the Shadow Creatures came forward to Wilfre, to consume him in their Darkness, Wilfre heard the Creator weeping, and saying,
"You have broken the divine rule. Your divine mistake will be your ultimate fate. There is one among this village, that has true faith in the Creator. She will be the one to have help in danger, because her reason for help is something that needs more then just my help alone. Some thing I can destroy, because I did create it."
"What is that thing?" Wilfre demanded.
"You."
At that moment, as if it was the nod of the Creator that made them charge, the Shadow Creatures consumed Wilfre in their darkness. Slowly, as if dipping into a pool of ink, Wilfre changed into a near Shadow Creature himself. Slowly, Wilfre's heart was changed too. As the words of the Creator set in, Wilfre became corrupt and started to see the Creator for what It really was. A hypocrite. A man behind a curtain. The ghost under the sheet. Wilfre was now the ultimate enemy against the Raposa. And who was his target? The Creator and It's chosen 'Divine One.' There was something else that Wilfre now wanted to know, but was to idiotic to question before. Why do the Raposa exist?
Over several years, the Creator let Wilfre run the lands that It had spent time and hard work on. The Creator didn't fight back, It couldn't fight back. Everyone had lost their faith in their Creator. Darkness consumed the village the the Creator admired the most. It was the first village the Creator ever made. One day, Mari, the Divine One, ran into her room after being chased by the Baki who were under Wilfre's control. She feel to her knees, and started to recite what they taught her at Rapo-school. The history of the Raposa, and how it came to be, and how the Creator made everything in It's design.
"Help us Creator in our time of need, give us the strength to fight for our village. Give us the strength to all of the Rapos that once lived here." Mari prayed. "Creator, will you help us?"
