It's a Date

One morning, Rouge woke up with a feeling that everything was going to go great!
"This is going to be a great day! I know it will!" Rouge exclaimed happily.
On the other side of town, Shadow woke up groggy and grumpy.
"I hate mornings…." Shadow said with a disgusted look on his face.
Rouge walked out of her bright pink painted bedroom into her bathroom, where she took a shower, brushed her fur, brushed her teeth, and did her makeup. Then, she went back into her room, took off her towel, and put on her pink heart breastplate, black jumpsuit and boots.
Meanwhile, Shadow walked out of his black and red room, into his bathroom, where he splashed a cup of cold water on his face, squirted some toothpaste directly into his mouth, and rinsed it out with some water. Back in his room, he pulled on his hover glide shoes and walked into the kitchen, where he ate some Cinnamon Toast Crunch and an apple.
Rouge walked out the door to McDonalds, where she got an EggMcMuffin. She strolled over to a table, and started eating her sandwich and drank her coffee.
Shadow walked into McDonalds a few minutes later, and immediately ran over to the toy display. Rouge just giggled as she watched Shadow's eyes widen as he looked at the toy motorcycles, just like when he was little. Then, he ran over to the counter, where he bought one.
Rouge walked over and said:
"Hey, Shadow. Nice motorcycle! Haha!"
Shadow blushed and said,
"Hehe, um, yea."
"Don't worry! Look at what I got!" Rouge said, holding out the girl toy, a mini blow-dryer.
"Oh, wow! I was not expecting that!" Shadow said, his face going back to its normal tan, then he said,
"Hey, Rouge, I was getting ready to go to the motorcycle expo. You wanna come?"
"I would love to come." Rouge said, smiling.
"OK, then! It's a date! Come on! You can ride on the back of my motorcycle!" Shadow said cheerfully.
