"Miss Honda?"
Tohru's teacher looked at the girl in the back of the classroom. She was staring at her and shaking her head so hard that it looked as if it was going to fall of. The teacher sighed.
"Miss Honda, are you alright?"
After taking deep breathes Tohru spoke,
"Yes..Um what did you say?"
"Your English Mid-term will be tomorrow afternoon."
Tohru stared blankly.
"But I didn't stud-"
"No buts"
The teacher said calmly.
"The test is tomorrow and that... is that."
Back at home Tohru was frantic Tohru tried to study but she couldn't understand anything in her text book, after trying for a couple hours, Tohru set off to find Yuki.
'Where is he??'
Tohru said aloud. Just then when Tohru walked around into the kitchen she ran right into Kyo.
"Oh I'm so sorry Kyo! Are you okay?"
Kyo blushed slightly then muttered,
"I'm fine..."
After a moment of silence Tohru added,
"Have you seen Yuki?"
Kyo grimaced slightly then said,
"He's seeing Akito. He won;t be back for awhile, by the way whats wrong? You look worried."
"I'm not ready for the test at all tomorrow, I'm going to fail, I'm already failing English."
Kyo blinked.
"Well... I could help you study..."
Tohru smiled,
"No I don't want to trouble you..."
Kyo blushed,
"I need to study anyway... Come on..."
Kyo grabbed his books and made his way upstairs to his room with Tohru following closely behind. Shigure cam out of the closet, he had been listening the whole time. Shigure giggled. Kyo closed the door to his room. Tohru hadn't been in his room before, Kyo insisted that he could clean it himself. The room was dark and cool. Tohru realized there was a window open with cool spring air blowing through. His brown desk was covered in papers and some of his clothes were on his slightly unmade bed. Kyo grabbed another chair and went to his desk. Tohru followed.
"Okay... A compound predicate is...?"
Tohru blinked.
"Wow she really doesn't know what she's talkin about... This is going to be a while..."
Kyo was right. Tohru didn't know anything. Around ten o'clock Tohru had the basics down. But they went over the rest until about one. Kyo was exhausted so was Tohru. Kyo sat back in his chair and fell asleep while Tohru studied on. Tohru finally fell asleep, resting her head on Kyo's shoulder. They woke up about six in the morning.
"Miss Honda! You stupid perverted cat."
Yuki slammed the door and Kyo woke up jumping out of his chair. Tohru woke up to, her face red as a cherry tomato. Tohru gathered her things and ran out of Kyo's room saying
'Thank you!"
In school the test was easy and Tohru knew she wouldn't fail. On the way home Tohru caught up to Kyo.
"Thank you so much Kyo, I'm pretty sure I did okay! I had uh... a nice time.. last night we should..."
Uo ran up to Tohru and Kyo and interrupted them both.
"You gonna explain this?"
In U o's hand was a picture of the two of them asleep next to each other, it was a picture form the previous night. Tohru blushed and Kyo clenched his fist.
"Shigure!!!!"
Kyo ran off to pound him. Tohru sighed and continued to walk home.
