Legally Adult

Summary: A short story about what happens after Meg turns 18.

One day, Meg woke up feeling very excited. It was her 18th birthday, and that meant she was legally an adult. Meg was very happy, but she couldn't help feeling that something wasn't right. She thought that something strange might happen later on. It was a feeling she had for most of her teenage life. Meg brushed it aside and thought about the party that was going to occur later in the day.
Meg went downstairs to greet her family. "Hey, guys," she said.
"Hey, Meg, happy birthday. I can't believe it – my little girl's now legally an adult," Lois said. She then hugged her daughter.
"I can't wait for the party," Meg said.
"Hey, Lois, who's coming?" Peter asked.
"Some of Meg's friends and our closest neighbors," said Lois.
"Hold up," said Brian. "Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean, surely one of them has got to be some crazy pervert or something."
"No, I think everything will be just fine," Lois said confidently. Meg sat down to eat breakfast with her family and then helped prepare for the party.
Later in the afternoon, the party was a success. Everyone had a good time goofing around, having refreshments, and whatnot. Joe and Cleveland were talking to Peter, and Meg's friends were talking to Meg.
Suddenly, a familiar man entered the party. He was a little bit late, but he was more than eager to show up. "Hey, you made it!" Peter called to his friend.
"Well of course I did! How could I miss today? Meg's turning 18 after all! Where is the lucky girl anyway?"
"She's over there with her friends," Cleveland laughed. "That's something I never thought I'd say." All four laughed their heads off.
The man walked over to Meg after her friends had gone off briefly to do something. "Say, Meg, you 18 yet?"
"Yes…I'm 18 today…" Meg said, a bit shocked.
"Well, why don't you come on over to my house for say an hour or so?"
"You have a gift for me?" Meg asked.
"Oh yes, baby, it's a gift you'll remember for the rest of your life!"
Meg squealed and followed the man next door to his house. But not long after that, there was a loud scream, and Meg ran to her home through the back door. "Mom! Mom!" she called in fear.
Lois entered. "What's wrong, sweetheart, and what happened to all your clothes?"
"Mr. Quagmire tried to rape me!" Meg cried.
Just then, Glenn Quagmire sheepishly entered the kitchen wearing only leopard skin underwear. Lois shot an angry look at him. "Did you try to rape my daughter?"
"Heh heh…it's not what it sounds like…" Quagmire tried to explain, but Lois just gave him a slap so hard that it nearly broke his giant chin.
