Ryuzaki and Raito discuss bedtime stories. And this is what I caught when I was eavesdropping.

Disclaimer: I own nothing. Nuff said.

Enjoy!

" And so it came to pass that the Knight and the Princess lived together happily in the kingdom from then on."

"That was simply horrible, Ryuzaki. Have you never heard a bedtime story? A real one?"

The black haired detective put his thumb between his teeth and pondered the question.

"I must say I've never heard a bedtime story. One that is up to par, I suppose. Why so interested, Raito-kun?" The sepia-eyed teenager hesitated. Why was he interested? What was it that made Raito so sentimental as to ask about a person's childhood?

"I suppose it was just that you were raised in an orphanage that made me ask. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. As they say, the past is to be left in the past." Ryuzakii turned back to his computer and began to type. Within seconds, his computer screen was filled with windows about fairytales, children's stories, and things of the sort. Raito watched in puzzlement as the detective read the stories and glimpsed at different pages.

"Watari, would you please leave a few books in Raito-kun's and my bedroom with the subject being children's stories and fairytales. Preferably from Europe." There was a few second's pause between Ryuzaki's request and Watari's retort.

"Raito-kun, tonight when we go to bed, you must tell me more of these bedtime stories." Raito sighed. Just what can of worms had he opened up?

"Alright, Ryuzaki. But we aren't getting up until ten o'clock. Simple exchange, yes?"

"Alright. Raito-kun can sleep in tomorrow."
