Emily POV
There a knock at the apartment door I try to hide my suitcase before opening the door. I open the door at Kaylie is standing there I tell her to come in Kaylie comes in I close the door Kaylie turns around as says to me "I kissed Damon it was a mistake I so sorry". I am shocked my responds in handing Kaylie a white envelope with the word Damon on it will you give this to Damon for me and say goodbye to Kaylie as she exits I finish packing my suitcase and my mom drives me to the greyhound bus terminal.
Kaylie POV
I go to my car after speaking to Emily I am head toward Damon's apartment to give him Emily's letter. I Think I might have lost Emily as a friend for telling her I kissed Damon but I had to I could not keep it a secret as I thought to myself when I finally found a parking spot at Damon's apartment I get out of my car and head to the stairs to get to Damon's apartment I knock on the door Damon answer I give him the white envelope and told him it was from Emily after I leave to get back to my car to go home.
Damon POV
I answer my apartment door and see Kaylie standing there she gives me a envelope and says it from Emily and then she leaves I close my door I sit on the coach and stare at the envelope for ten minutes before finally opening the envelope and a handwriting letter is in it as I begin to read it says
Dear Damon,
When you read this letter I will no longer be in Boulder I am going to be living with my godmother in Las Vegas because I am pregnant. I found out the news after a NGO official want to talk about my drug test after the gymnastics competition in Hungary I thought they wanted to talk about an ingredient in a sports drink I drank when I was on the plane ride there but he told me I was pregnant. When I returned to the states I went to the doctor's and she told me I was six week pregnant. I am telling this all in a letter because I can't face you after the way I treated you before I went to the competition. The NGO told me to get rid of it I couldn't I thought to myself I rather have the baby then get rid of it for a gold medal so that why I am leaving and because everyone hates me for decide to keep the baby and throw away my dream. I can't believe this I got Emily pregnant now she is gone. I put the letter down on the coffee table in front of me a pick up my cell phone and dial Emily's cell number it goes straight to voice mail I then try Emily's home number where Chloe picks up and almost hangs up when she finds out it me here is the phone conversation
Chloe Damon
Chloe- hello Kmetko residents
Damon- Hi it's Damon
Chloe- Emily is not here thanks to you
Damon – I know I read a letter from her I need to talk to her please tell me where she is or a number to reach her please I know I made a mistake.
Chloe – She will probably hate me but here is the address and phone number to Emily's Godmothers house.
Damon- thank you have a goodnight.
Chloe- Bye

I call Emily Godmother she says Emily is there but doesn't want to talk to me. So I decide I am going to Las Vegas to speak to her I call Chloe, Kaylie and the record company and tell them where I am going I go online to find out when the next bus is and pack a small suitcase I have to find and speak to Emily.
