(A/N: Another Nagigou fic I've been working on. I got this idea from my older sister and I am a sap for Nagisa cheering Gou up. Hope you enjoy!)

Nagisa and Gou sat under a tall oak tree behind their school's building. The two have been dating for a week now, and both of them still have their awkward moments. But today, that didn't seem to be the case. They were now holding hands, watching the endless blue sky as different clouds shaped like cotton candies were slowly passing by.

"Nagisa" Gou said, breaking the comfortable silence between them.

"Yes Gou-chan?" The blond replied, puzzled.

"Why do you like to call me Gou instead of Kou?"

His eyes widened a bit before he looked back at the sky and answered her question.

"It's because I really like your name Gou-chan." He smiled at the girl before asking her a question of his own.

"Why don't you like your name?"

Her face reddened from Nagisa's answer. But she tried to hide it as she answered his question.

"It sounds too much like a boy's name and many of my friends and classmates make fun of me because of it. I would much rather be called Kou instead of Gou."

The girl looked down at the thought of people making fun of her because of her name. Nagisa stared at Gou, sadly. He shouldn't have asked that question. He hate to see her sad.

Nagisa placed his index finger and thumb under her chin and lifted her head, making eye contact with her.

"I think your name is beautiful. It doesn't matter the fact that it sounds like a boy's name, because Gou-chan is Gou-chan, and that is what I love most about you.

Gou gasped at Nagisa's words. Her face began to slowly turn into a brighter shade of red. She did not understand why, but she felt so much lighter than she was before. It was as if a heavy load was lifted off her shoulder and she was happy about it.

"Gou-chan, did I do something wrong?" Nagisa asked with a concern look on his face.

Her face was so red that she thought she was going to faint. But she did not faint, instead Gou pulled Nagisa into a hug and held on to him as if he would fall if she let go. Gou looked up at Nagisa and smiled.

"Thank you Nagisa." She said hugging him tighter.

Even though her name sounded much like a boy's name, Gou learned to like it and she didn't care what anybody else thought of it.
