The lost Darby
It has been years since the Autobots won the war and have been securing Decepticons in prison. But as Jack will learn, even if the war is over, the fight has just begun.

It has been two years since the war ended and the Autobots found a planet to build a Prison planet. After months if building the prison was built on a planet called Kyleron. The Autobots had grown in numbers and while some were still in their youth, they helped to capture the decepticons. While the Autobots had changed, their friends remained the same. The children were still there trying to help the Autobots as much as they could and today was no different. The team was escorting a wanted Decepticons to the prison on Kyleron, codenamed the red cell. All prisoners who were captured would be put in a high security prison that was light years away from earth. Normally the prison was quiet, but today they were loud and yelling as the children, their guardians and Optimus walked down the hallways dragging Starscream along. Placing Starscream in a cell, the group heard mentions of something called the "Great Day".
"I wonder what they mean by that" Miko asked.
"I don't know" Raf said
"Me neither…" Jack started to say but Starscream interrupted him
"They mean," he started to say as he stood up. "today is the day we get our revenge on you Autobots for locking us in here"
Just then the locks on the stasis cuffs and cells powered off.
"Run, back to the portal" Optimus shouted
Everyone started running towards the space bridge first was Raf then bumblebee, as Jack, Miko and Optimus ran, Miko stopped turning around, being herself ran back to picked her phone she had dropped. Jack being the eldest chased her down and caught her just leaving the portal.
"Miko" Jack shouted grabbing her by the arm.
He started to pull her toward the spacebridge, as they got close, an explosion just behind them threw both of them in the air. Jack landed first, dazed opened his eyes, watched as Miko landed, hard. Hitting her head on the ground, she passed out. Jack, getting to his feet, picked Miko's unconscious body up and ran for the portal. Just as he got close he heard another explosion and felt a searing pain in his leg. The explosion sent shards of heated metal into Jacks leg trapping him there. Grabbing the Key and sliding it into Miko's jacket pocket, he used all the strength he had, and threw Miko, watching as she rolled through the portal just before it closed.
Back at base everyone had not noticed that Miko and Jack were missing.
"Hey guys, where is Jack and Miko?" Raf asked. "I haven't seen them since we got back"
Looking around, Optimus spoke, "Everyone fan out an look for them."
Just then the spacebridge flashed and Miko came rolling through. Raf ran over to her but even from a distance he could see she needed help
"Optimus" Raf shouted.
Everyone ran over, but the sight alone was horrifying, Miko was pretty beaten up, she had cuts with metal debris in the wounds with blood seeping through some of the major ones. The bots called June Darby, Jack's mom.
June was at home when her phone rang, "Hello?" June answered listening to the voice of Ratchet on the other end.
"Nurse Darby, we are in need of assistance, there has been an accident at the base and we need your expertise." Ratchet admitted
Arriving at base, she ran in, picking Miko up carefully she went to the med bay. Everyone waited for nurse Darby as she treated Miko. After she had bandaged Miko up, she sat down accidently falling asleep. After a few hours, Miko's eyes shot open and she sat up screaming.
"JACK!" Miko shouted
"What's wrong?" Optimus asked worried,
"Where's Jack?" Miko asked frantically.
"We don't know Miko, we were hoping you could tell us" Optimus stated.
She relayed her story "…and that's all I remember"
"Ratchet, is the bridge still working?" Optimus asked
"No Optimus, all the circuits are fried and the worst damaged parts will take at least a few years to make without having any cybermatter to make the items"
"How long will it take?" Optimus asked
"To be honest Optimus, it will take me at least Two to Three years to rebuild the parts using only earth's limited resources."
"Alright but please try to speed up the process, but until we fix it, all we can do is pray young Darby is safe."
