A/N- The ages of Sam and Freddie are ten in this.
Dandelion Love
You know those yellow, some are white flower things that are everywhere in your yard? Well, I have a bunch in my hand right now. I looked and put my nose to them and sniffed. They smelled okay, but not like roses or any other type of flower. Though these have to do for now.
I got up from the ground and started walking toward him. I liked him, but I didn't entirely know why. He was like a geek and way out of my league. I was the type of girl who picked on random kids, especially him and I haven't recalled a time that I didn't. Everyday and night, and he would get so angry at me, though I couldn't help to laugh at him. I loved seeing him get so frustrated; it was so cute; oh, gosh, did I really think that?
"No!" I told myself as I walked to the same spot where I was and sat back down.
He liked my best friend, Carly. Ugh, how annoying that is when he drools over her when I'm in the room. I just hated it. I mean, Carly was beautiful, but I don't see why Freddie likes me. I give him hints all the time, and I pick on him, because I care. If I didn't, then I wouldn't be hanging around him; just a guess.
I had my head down when someone called my name from the playground. It was Freddie. I quickly got up and ran to him, with the flowers still in my hand.
"What?"
"Um," He looked at my hand. "What's up with the flowers?"
I smiled and held out my hand. "For you."
"Really?" he said, frowning. "Is this a trick?"
I shook my head. "No, silly. We're friends, aren't we?"
He looked really confused, then switched to the normal look. "Okay…" He reached for them, but I filled my cheeks up with air and blew on the white flowers, which went in his face.
And with that, he was angry at me once again.
Ah, I just love dandelions.
