When he came in Hiruzen was lying on the couch. Naruto just shook his head and covered him up. It wasn't uncommon for the elderly man to fall asleep doing paperwork. From the looks of it he'd been there for quite awhile. Naruto just picked up the papers and put his finger to his mouth when people came in. Naruto to help did some of the paperwork. He knew what needed to be done having been helping the elder Hokage for years.
When lunch came Naruto ate and let the man rest. But when it was almost time to go home Naruto went over and tried waking him. He kept trying and when he couldn't he ran to the secretary and told her. The ANBU were alerted and they went to the hospital. Naruto was waiting just outside the trauma room. He was crying and kept going over everything in his head. And when they came out and told them Naruto didn't believe them.
Then one ANBU left and found Iruka. He was actually talking with some of the Genin. "Umino." Said the ANBU
"Yes is there a problem?" Said Iruka
"You did nothing wrong. But I need you to come with me to the hospital. " said the ANBU, "I need you to help with Naruto. He's completely lost it."
They went and the Genin went and found the others and the Jonin. They told them and they all went to the hospital. They saw Iruka trying to talk to a distraught Naruto. He was crying and yelling about something they couldn't understand.
Kakashi said, "What's going on Tatsu?"
