TAKE ME WITH YOU
Disclaimer: I do not own Darker than Black, though I wish I did.
It was a warm summer day in Tokyo. In a crowd of people, unnoticed by anyone, was a young man with black hair wearing a green wind breaker. By his side was a girl a couple years younger than him with silver hair and wearing a simple purple dress and a small black coat. It had been a week since the incident inside Hell's Gate. Contractors and Dolls were safe from being annihilated but many had died to make it that way. Many contractors had fought and died for their right to live in this world. These were some of the things that Yin though about as she followed Hei, staying close to so she wouldn't lose him in the crowd. So many of her friends, if a Doll could comprehend what a friend was, had died at Hell's Gate as well. Huang had used his car as a bomb to give them time to head to Hell's Gate. Mao had died when his connection to the Syndicate's network had been cut. And Amber, the one Yin could truly call her friend, had sacrificed herself so that Hei could use his powers to destroy the treat to Hell's Gate. While their were other Dolls and Contractors in the world, at the moment all Yin and Hei had were each other. Still, as long as Hei was around, Yin was sure every thing would turn out okay.
"Yin"
Looking up, something that didn't matter since she was blind, Yin could tell Hei had something to say.
"Where does your old teacher live in Finland?"
Thinking for only a part of a second, Yin easily remembered where he lived.
"Just outside of a small town. Why?"
"That's where we are heading. Come on."
Feeling Hei take her hand, Yin let him pull her through the crowd. I didn't matter where he took her as long as he didn't leave her alone.
