In a world where Shibuya is overrun by ponies, one antisocial earth pony, Neku, must befriend the Pegasus Shiki to save himself. He must endure physiological tormenting, the magic of the strange Reaping Ponies, and put up with everyone calling him Phones, even though that is clearly not his name, just to get his life back…when there may be nothing to go back too.
Neku's life will never be the same again…and it all started when the little pony died.
