Its stupid and they know it. But they're stubborn, always have been. She's about to climb into bed when he comes out of the bathroom and now they're just standing there, staring at each other. They simultaneously cross their arms and she fights the smile that threatens to spread across her face. He does the same because damnit, his wife is cute when she's angry.

They keep eye contact, silently debating about who's going to sleep on the couch tonight. Its useless because if its her, he'll wait till he thinks she's asleep and carry her back to their bedroom. And if its him, she'll sneak out of bed with an extra blanket and cuddle up to him. But neither of them wants to admit that they're wrong and going to sleep on the couch means admitting.

"So we're just gonna stand here all night?" He finally asks.

"No, you're gonna stand here all night, I'm going to bed." She says and crawls in.

"Oh, you think I'll be the one sleeping on the couch?"

"Yes, I'm sure its very comfortable."

And did she just throw a pillow at him?

"I'm sure it is but I'm not going to find out."

So he climbs in next to her but before he can get settled, she pulls the blanket to her.

"Real mature."

"Mhm and really warm, cozy, comfortable,-."

"I get the point, if I want more adjectives, I'll look them up in a dictionary."

"Funny, very funny."

And with that being said, she turns away from him.

Only ten minutes pass before she's trying to get closer to him, to subtly drape the blanket over him. As much as she'd like to win this argument -even though she doesn't remember what it is about- she doesn't want him to be cold.

He wraps his arm around her as a silent thank you and she turns around to face him.

She's lost in his eyes again and it takes a her a few moments to realize that his hand is cupping her cheek and he's leaning in.

He kisses her and she's trying so hard to push him off of her but he's too strong. At least thats what she's telling herself. She know it isn't true, she knows he would stop as soon as he knew she didn't want this. Thats just the kind of guy he is. But she's kissing back, because she loves him, because she wants to and because his lips are so damn irresistible.

"I'm sorry." Chandler says after pulling away. And he's not apologising for kissing her, she knows.

"I'm sorry, too."

"I love you." They simultaneously say again and suddenly, they're glad that they were both too stubborn to sleep on the couch.

A.N: Here ya go, another one shot. To be honest, I'm not very pleased with the ending but I hope you are! As you know, reviews are always welcome!
