[Chapter 1]
It was a day like any other day. I would show up to school keep an eye on Madoka, Sayaka, and Mami. After school, I silently followed them in case they need assistance. I've been living in this nightmare for so long I have forgetten how to even smile anymore. The pink hairded girl, Madoka, doesn't even remember who I am anymore. It hurts me to see her confused and lost face every time I speak to her.
The more timelines I made, the more we'd slowly separate. It's like two atoms getting hotter and hotter and separating to get more space. This witch was new, never have I ever seen her face before. The labyrinth was stranger than any I have seen. It was full of mirrors, and every time I passed by one, it cracked.
I stopped my tracks when I saw a huge mirror in the way. Instead of cracking immediately like it usually did, it did something unusal. I noticed that my reflection wasn't even me, but it was that pink-hairded girl Madoka Kaname. She started crying, and I started panicking.
"Help me Homura-chan!" Her voice cried out.
I turned to my right and saw a cracked mirror. I saw her again, and she was in her magical girl get-up.
"Homura-chan, I'm really glad I became friends with you!" She said with a smile on her face. With that smile, the mirror cracked up more as she faded away. I turned to my left, and this time I saw myself.
"Kaname-san...no don't go...Kaname-san!" My voice cried out. I looked at the mirror in front of me to see a hurt Madoka lying down next to a girl with red glasses and black braided hair. That girl was me.
"Do you have any grief seeds?"
She shook her head.
"Well, I guess this is it for both of us huh?" The braided girl chuckled slightly.
"How about we turn into monsters and turn this world upside down?" She continued. "Just you and me, hurt every thing and every one who has hurt us! It would be nice right?" Suddenly, she felt something. Her spirits lifted up and she didn't feel sad anymore...but that meant-
"I lied, I do have one grief seed" The pink hairded-girl said.
"Why would you waste it on someone like me?" She yelled.
"You can go back in time right? I want you to do me a huge favor and stop me from forming a contract with Kyubey." Madoka explained.
"I will, I swear that I will find a way to save you!"
"Oh...and one more thing" Madoka groaned. She looked up at Homura with tears in her eyes and a fake smile.
"I don't want to become a witch"
"..."
"I know that there are bad people who have hurt you and me, but I there are also good people out there!"
"..."
"So please..."
She transformed into her magical girl outfit slowly taking out her gun.
*Bang*
The mirror cracked in front of my eyes once the bang was heared. I could feel the tears running down my cheeks. I looked around and saw the other broken mirrors. They all lit up showing the same girl that just vanished in front of me. The worried expression on their faces made me panic and not think clearly.
"Homura-chan!"
"Save me!"
"I won't give up!"
"Homura-chan?"
"Sayaka-chan!"
"Kyoko-san"
"Mami-san"
"I'll never forget you either Homura-chan!"
"I don't want to become a witch"
"Stop!" I yelled while covering my ears. This was a nightmare, no this was a witch's labyrinth. Well what's the difference actually? This was the worst encounter I have ever had with a witch. All of these things I'm hearing are just horrible.
I hate seeing her upset I can't bear to see this anymore. I jumped up as high as I could and dropped a bomb at all the mirrors. They blew up, exploding into tiny little shards. A shard landed on my hand and I looked at it. It was Madoka hugging me.
"Homura-chan you were amazing!"
I smiled slightly and held on to the shard, holding it close to my chest as I silently fell back into reality as the labyrinth faded away.
