Addison has enough of her marriage, but is Derek ready to let her go?
I don't own anything, everything belongs to Shonda.

She had enough. The irresistible, strong, independent Addison Montgomery Shepherd had enough. During the last few weeks she was in Seattle to fight for her marriage, her husband had treated her like shit while he was longing for another woman.

So she decided today to leave the ruins of their failed marriage behind, leave Seattle and start a new life in a new city.

Sure, Addison loved her husband more than life itself and would do anything to have him back, but that kind of treatment he gave her she doesn't deserve. She wanted him to be happy, even if it meant for her to leave Seattle and never come back. Addison was so sure, today was the last day for the world known doctor in the hospital Seattle Grace.

Derek had enough. He was sick of pretending to love another woman just because he wanted her to feel the same pain that he felt after he walked on them in their house, their bed. He was sick of pretending not to love her with all his heart, of pretending she wasn't the love of his life anymore.

So Derek decided to talk to Addie, really talk to her. He wanted her to know how he felt, and afterwards they would make love in the tiny trailer, that was what he thought.

Today he had even spoke to Meredith, had told her that he still loved his wife, that he was still in love with her and that he wanted to make things work between them. To his surprise she had understood and wished him good luck.

After the conversation between Derek and the blond, he hurried back to the trailer and prepared everything for the evening.

He wanted to surprise his wife after her long day in hospital. Derek cooked a romantic meal, put candles everywhere and lent Dog to Izzie. She loved the animal, and Derek was happy that nobody could interrupt their evening.

As the doctor was finished, he looked proud through the trailer, everything was perfect. Now was just one thing missing, Addison.

On her way home she thought of a million ways she could tell Derek about divorce.

At first she wanted to be harsh and throw the papers against his face because she was so furious at him. But then she thought about the time they had spent together, about the place with the bit bed, lots of romantic dinners and amazing Christmases, when they cuddled in bed and whispered sweet nothings into their ears.

Life then seemed so perfect, too perfect.

But her husband had changed, he wasn't the Derek she once knew, and it had to be over. There was no chance she would change her mind, she thought to herself.

Meanwhile Derek cought sight of Addison's car, which just parked in front of the trailer. His smile grew. He took one last look in the mirror to make sure everything (even on him) was perfect, and welcomed his wife with a warm embrace.

Surprised Addison hugged him back, she hadn't really expected this.

" Welcome home, Addie", her husband whispered into her ear, holding even tighter on her, never wanting to let go.

His hot breath left goose bumps on her neck. "God, what this man still can do to me", Addison thought.

As her husband finally let go of her, he grabbed her hand and directed her into the trailer.

As she clapped eyes on the beautiful decorated table with candles on it, it staggered her the language. Had her Derek really changed? Was he finally back to the Derek she fell in love with so many years ago in med school? Could she really trust him again without getting hurt? So many questions, but she had no answers.
