Hey guys :)

I hope you enjoy this. These are just 4 one shots that were too short to stand alone. They don't really pertain too much to each other and Scully being hurt in the first one is random and isn't really from anything XD

I don't own Mulder, Scully, the X-Files or the pure awesome that is associated with any of them. The last line is also from a Journey song and not mine.

:

"Be gentle," she said softly as he ran his already feather-like touch over the stitches on her side. Her heart beat quickened as he lowered his head and kissed the sensitive area gently.

"I'm being gentle," he murmured against her skin. "What would make you think I'd be rough with you Scully?"

His eyes shone with a faint hint of hurt. She touched his cheek.

"It hurts," Scully moaned softly. "The cuts. I don't want to hurt. I don't want you to hurt me…even if you don't mean to."

Mulder nuzzled her cheek. Kissed her pouted lips.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to be reminded every now and then," his voice was at a low growl, face inches from hers. Scully tugged his ear.

"Be gentle."

-

"Don't touch me please," she warned, pushing his hands away as he tried to grab hold of her arms. She was feeling incredibly cranky today. It was cold, her hands had been frozen all day and nothing seemed to be able to warm her up. Early flu symptoms were beginning to present themselves. The basement office was astray as it always was and the dim light was making her feel terribly depressed.

"What's the matter Scully? Please talk to me." Mulder's voice came out more urgent then he had meant. She looked up at the right moment to see the fleeting look of urgency in his gaze.

"I don't want to talk," Scully reached for his hand anyway. She held it up to her face, pressing his warm palm against her cheek. She took a breath. "I'm sorry I snapped at you." He rubbed his fingers in her mess of auburn hair watching as she closed her eyes.

"Let's go home."

-

Rain on the window. The crack of sunflower seed shells being broken between his teeth.

"I'm bored," she whispers innocently. She finds herself tickling his neck as he sits hunched over a newspaper article.

"Someone's in a mood today," he notes, grabbing her wrists to immobilize her hands. A grin tugs on the corners of her lips.

"Bored," she repeats. "Help me."

"What do you want to do?" he's still sitting, his face level with her midsection which he nudges affectionately. Scully shrugs.

"Something."

"Well if you're out of ideas…," Mulder rubs the pads of his thumbs down her sides. She involuntarily shudders. "I may have some of my own."

She just smiles.

-

"Will you always be here?" she asks. The sun is in Mulder's eyes causing him to squint at her. He fidgets; all this walking has made his feet hurt.

"What do you mean Scully?"

She stares up at him, positioning her hands to shield his eyes from the sun.

"You won't go away?" she sounds like she's five years old but she has trouble caring. She needs to hear him tell her. He chuckles before positioning his hands on her waist.

"I'll never go away."

The sun in your eyes made some of the lies worth believing.
