Jack and Samantha were sitting on a bench outside the courthouse right after the hearing and the dealing with OPR about if they had been involved together. Samantha or Sam as he called her asked Jack "it is over right?". Jack looked over at this woman and he knew his answer should be "yes" but he could not deny himself her intimacy or the feelings that he felt for this woman feels stronger then he ever remembers having for his wife and that scares him. He knows if his wife were to figure out that he was not really working late hours but he was expressing his feeling for this incredibly sexy woman that for some reason wanted him that he could loose out on seeing his girls till they were deemed old enough to make that decision for themselves. He smiled "can I visit tonight to discuss it with you?" She simply nodded unable to find the right words she knows that he is feeling guilty and that he believes he is betraying his girls.
Later that night she is at home in her apartment cleaning up some bills and mail and trying to relax from the long day at work she is looking forward to seeing Jack but she is also terrified as she does not want this to end she loves how the connection feels when they are together. When there was a knock on the door. She looks down at her clothes notices that she has on a pair of black running pants ad t-shirt. She peered out to see who it was and it was Jack she took a deep breath and opened the door. She stood aside to let him enter. Then she closed the door as the door closed she felt Jack behind her and he was pushing her against the door of her apartment. Jack leaned down and began to kiss her running his right hand over her face and upper arm. She softly moans liking that feeling it is creating she runs her left hand up and around his shirts collar till she is at the nape of his neck and puts a slight amount of pressure to add more force to the kiss. He slowly pulls away from the kiss they are sharing and rests his forehead against hers. "Sam, I know that we are risking so much when we are together we risk your job, my job but most importantly if Marie finds out I could loose my girls. I don't want to stop this nor do I know that I am strong enough to walk away. But for my girls and for you Sam you the most important of all you deserve a man that can hold you all night no running home to his family. Sam, I love you I love the time we have been able to spend together but sadly we have to stop this. I'd like to spend one night with you can we?". She feels his legs one on each side of her own she remembers the touches all of them the kisses and she thinks can she let him go, or does she really have to?
