Summary: {100 Writing Prompts.} Tori takes Yuma shopping. It's probably one of the most painful experiences of his life.

..…

"Yuma." The frustration he's feeling is more than apparent by the way he grabs the hideous coat from his friend's hand. The thing is bright yellow and could probably compete with a traffic sign. He tries not to even look at the fringe on the cuff of the sleeves. Why is this even at a store? Why is Yuma so adept at picking out clothing that should never be worn? "No."

Said girl pouts as she watches him hang the offending piece of clothing on a random rack as they walk by. Tori can only hope Yuma doesn't come back for it when he isn't looking.

"Come on Tori, you've hated everything I've picked out!" Tori sighs as he follows his whining friend to the back of the store where there seemed to be even more atrocious looking clothing.

He was beginning to seriously regret ever talking Yuma into this in the first place. He desperately wanted to see her in something different from her usual uniform and one other outfit but in hindsight he should have brought back up. He could have at least of managed to rope Shark into this too, she at least seemed to have a sense of fashion. More than Yuma at the least. Not that that says much.

"That's because everything you've picked out should not be worn by anyone. Let alone you." He stops in front of a promising looking rack and begins to look through the clothing. He doesn't even notice Yuma invading his personal space until her voice snaps him from his search for the holy grail of clothing.

"What does that mean?" Yuma tilts her head to the side, lost and managing to look far too cute in her confusion.

Tori hides his blush by looking through the clothes rack. She can be such a moron sometimes.

"It means-"It means Yuma is beautiful and he wishes she'd wear clothes that didn't hinder her all the time and- Sometimes Tori really hates his life.

Having a crush on his best friend was not where he saw his life going.

"Oh!" He freezes as a hand reaches past him and grips a blue shirt away from the hanger.

Yuma clutches the shirt to her and looks up for Tori's approval.

The shirt is surprisingly not awful. Short sleeve with a little heart at the right hip, plain but complementary to her.

"Well we're getting somewhere…"
