純情反抗期。
Fujisaki Nadeshiko was always the sensible one. The one who was never late home, the one who rarely got in trouble, the one who obeyed her mother all hours of the day – some might even say she was a little too serious.
That was, until she met Souma Kukai.
He wasn't the smartest or the best behaved, and the type of boy her mother wouldn't approve of, compared to the intelligent Kairi or the gentlemanly Tadase, but Nadeshiko didn't care one bit. She loved him just the way he was.
A couple of months ago, Nadeshiko wouldn't have dared to sneak out at midnight. Being caught by her parents was the least of her worries – as long she saw Kukai, she wasn't bothered in the slighest. But surely, even her mother at somepoint must have felt the way she did right now?
Her friends weren't exactly the most supportive of her relationship with Kukai, either. "You'll fail class, you know," and "Are you sure you're doing the right thing, Nade?" were just a couple of the many comments forwarded her way each day. It was also painstakingly obvious that they gossipped about her behind her back, too. Why was it okay for Amu to sneak out and meet Ikuto late at night, but not her? Was it simply because they didn't expect her to be rebellious? Why couldn't they just leave her the hell alone? It was her own love, and quite frankly, none of their damn business.
Nadeshiko wasn't stupid. She wouldn't regret this… because she knew she loved everything about Kukai.
a/n: Another drabble based on a song. Well, it's not really a drabble, since they're 100 words or less usually… so it's just a very short oneshot, I guess?
I was going to do Tadashiko, but going by the meaning of the song lyrics, it seems like it'd fit Kukade better. Hope you guys liked it~ Um, review if you'd like? :)
