Psychopaths
I think everyone's a little psychopathic. Some more than others. They come in all shapes and sizes, but the most are usually the ones you least expect. Eve, for example. You would see her, and think, of course she is normal. But don't forget that everyone has a little psychopathic in them! Villanelle is like Eve. She looks at you and smiles. The smile is made of sweetness, but there's something sour lurking deep inside, and you can't quite place it. With Eve, you must really get to know her before you see something... strange leaking out. Her husband understands that, but he loves her anyway. She is grateful. She does not like to be alone. However, she is fascinated by Villanelle, enchanted even. She is creative and brilliant and simply amazing. If she wasn't in the line of work she was in, maybe she'd go into Villanelle's. She smiles briefly at that. As I said, everyone has a little psychopathic in them. You'll do well not to forget that. Villanelle likes Eve. There's something different about her. Maybe it's because she found her. Villanelle loves a challenge. She grins maliciously. Eve is naive. Never quite realising how close she is to falling into Villanelle. Villanelle doesn't mind. She likes it. Maybe she fell first, but Eve will soon. Why, you may ask, well, that's an easy question to answer. Psychopaths belong together.
