Kim and Jack had been BFFs ever since they can remember and they have the same birthdays. On their 15th birthday, they play in the rain by themselves and find out a giant secret. What will happen when trying to unravel it and they get feelings for each other?

Kim's journal

A week later is my/Jack's fifteenth birthday. Yay! Mom said that since it's the fifteenth, it's kinda special so we could plan it however we want. So, we decided to just have a whole house to ourselves, the b-girl & b-boy. We are still arguing about whose house it will be but hey, we'll agree on it somehow. I mean, c'mon! He and I have been best friends since birth. Literally.

Oh, and since you're a new diary, I guess I should introduce myself now. My name is Kimberly Ann Crawford, but if anybody calls me Kimberly or Kimmy, except for my parents, sometimes, well, let's just say that we'll have to say goodbye to them(and this includes Jack). But Jack is like another part of me, always knowing what's best for me and I always confide with him with problems, which actually helps, you know. I think he'll be a great counselor when we grow up. Right now,we are in my room and I'm his counselor with girl problems. And here he comes. 3,2,1

"Kim, can I ask you something about Kelly? What do you think she'll like more as a gift, a ring or a necklace?" Jack said. Kelly's the girl he's crushing on and my second best friend. "I think she'll like a necklace with a single sapphire heart. Oh, and again, don't tell her that I helped you with this. It's only going to make our friendship awkward. Wait, are you gonna ask her out today? YAAAAAAAAAY!"I said, my voice going higher and faster as my 'lecture' reached its ending. "Sheesh, please stop eating chocolate for at least a week!"Jack said with a chuckle. "You know that I am addicted to chocolate! And that is the reason I loved your b-day present to me last year."The present, btw was 10 ENORMOUS bars of dark chocolate. YAAAAY! "Ok... I'll just go and get that sapphire necklace."said Jack. "Bye~"I said. As he walked out, I think I heard something like "never giving chocolate to her again". Oh that must not be true, or he'll be sorry.
