Sonic got to the Zeti. "I'm getting tired of you guys..." He said.

The purple one responded. "Don't be so whiny. That's my deal..."

"Why don't you give up and join your friend?" Zavok remarked while the familiar sound of 2 tails spinning.

Sonic saw Tails, but he looked different. He was armored with a chest plate, a half-helmet with a robotic eye, and robotic foot. He was also equipped with a laser cannon.

"Oh, man, when I get my hands on you guys..." Sonic responded. This was too much. Losing Amy and Knuckles was bad enough, even Eggman, the one person who knew him longer than the others. Then it hit him. If Amy and Knuckles life-force was drained... What about the others? Shadow, Espio, Vector, Charmy, Rouge, G.U.N Commander...then it got worse. What about Station Square and it's residents? Sonic was looking at genocide, because of one mistake...his mistake.

"You'd be treated well if you joined us..." The green one said.

"I'll never join you!" Sonic shouted.

"I was hoping you'd say that. Robot, attack!" Zavok yelled.

Tails pointed his gun.

Was this it? Was this were Sonic died? After everything, he dies at the hands of his best friend?

Blam. Sonic fell over. He looked down. He saw a giant wound where his glove was. His glove was stained red.

"T-tails..." Sonic muttered before collapsing.

Tails then woke up. His eyes turned from grey to blue.

"SONIC!" Tails yelled.

He dropped next to Sonic's limp body. "Chaos Emeralds..." He thought. They saved his life before...

"Good work, Tails. Now you belong in our vanguard. Come! We have a lifeless world to rebuild on," Zavok told Tails.

"I'll bring you all down! I'll leech the life from your bodies you worthless-" Tails started before a rumbling started to occur.

It was Eggman.

"Now, Sonic! Prepare to be-" Eggman started before he saw Sonic's remains. "Oh my Gaia...Zeti! You horrible demons! I'll send you back to Valhalla's gates you honor-less leeches!" Eggman shouted. "For Sonic, my Nemesis...and my friend."

Eggman (In his battle-mech) and Tails aim all of their weapons and fire apon the Zeti. Zavok runs up to Tails and crushes his cannon, leaving his now metallic armor destroyed and smacks him across the face, damaging his robotic eye.

"Zavok! How honor-less are you?! Preying apon the weak?! Not even I am that low!" Eggman yelled as he lasered Zavok. Zavok grew to giant-size and the two got into a fight.

"Tails! Here!" Eggman yelled as he threw the Chaos Emeralds from his cockpit to Tails.

"Come on, work!" Tails said before he shoved them against Sonic's chest. Sonic breathed once more and got up in his super form. Sonic flew and slammed into the Zeti, knocking out each one effortlessly.

"Eggman, can we just call it a day?" Super Sonic asked.

"You know what? Sure. I am tired..." Eggman said as he released the Life Energy back to Mobius.
