Dammit all.

He had hoped to spend the day without being bothered, as usual, inside his home. House. Whatever. It was a police station once upon a time, but since Po Town had been abandoned and then taken over by those Team Skull idiots he moved from his home in the town to the abandoned police station. For a while, it had been easy to avoid those brats from Team Skull.

But someone just had to let it slip that he was the stupid island kahuna, didn't they? He didn't even know who found out and told them anyways, but here he was, standing by the window as he watched the gate to Po Town open and more Team Skull Grunts- plus that blonde kid that had joined up with them on the side- started to crowd around his police-station-turned-home, their Pokémon out as well.

Were they asking to get arrested or put into a headlock by him? Also did they not REALIZE that those Raticate and Grimer would do next to nothing against him? Not to mention his army of goddamn Meowth if he bothered to use them- he never did, they didn't deserve that, nor did he bother to train those strays that just showed up and stayed.

No, using his Pokémon right now wouldn't be worth it, he thought as his microwave pinged, signaling to him that his soup was done. He opened the machine, taking the mug of soup out before trudging to the door of his home. The Meowth didn't seem concerned, more interested as they shot towards the windows to watch the island Kahuna's actions as he stepped outside.

His slumped posture seemed to make the already elderly looking man seem even more fragile to the skull grunts, but Nanu could use this to his advantage as he started to eat- drink, really- his soup, a single brow raised.

"Yo, yo, old geezer, we're Team Skull and you better fear us," one of the grunts spoke up.

Am I being aggressively danced at? the Kahuna wondered as he watched the grunts as they ordered their Pokémon forwards.

Nanu sighed before he lowered his mug of soup and set it down to the side. straightening up he padded over to the first grunt.

"Heh." his lips quirked up and his mouth drew back into a smirk before the Skull grunt was on the ground, holding his head in pain. The other grunts stepped back as the officer stepped forwards, hands in his pockets as he cracked his neck and shoulders.

"Alright, brats, who's next up?" he asked, red eyes glinting in the little light granted by the flickering streetlamp. the blonde kid stepped back before making the smart choice and walking off.

One other grunt didn't, instead making the stupid choice to rush forwards at him with his Raticate at his side.

Only to be sidestepped and then kneed in the stomach by the kahuna. The grunt was sent to the ground fairly quickly as he reverted back to his slumped posture.

"Are we done now? Yes? Good." Nanu said before turning and shuffling back to his door, picking up his mug of soup before whirling around and nailing a grunt that had been trying to sneak up on him in the face with his foot, a blank look gazing over the grunts as he stepped back into his home, the doors closing.

Damn.

His soup was cold now.
