Dry Bowser was relaxing on a bench in the cheesy wilds of the Cheese Land while Wario and Waluigi were up to no good, pestering the Chain Chomps with cheese as they laughed.
"Wahaha! These chomps don't know a thing about how to use hands!"
"That's because they don't have hands, idiot!"
Dry Bowser groaned as he opened up his eyes, squinting as he glanced around. "What are those idiots up to this time...?" He then watched as Wario and Waluigi screamed while flailing their arms, hiding behind the bench that the skeletal reptile was on as the enraged Chain Chomp smashed the bench to pieces, reducing him into a bone pile as Wario and Waluigi laughed at having escaped a dreadful fate.
"Phew! That was too close..."
"Yeah. Maybe we should stick to robbing banks."
"Hey, morons." Dry Bowser interjected while bouncing as his skull, using his black magic to place back his segregated bones together. "Any reason why you two are always pranking people instead of being productive members of society?"
"What are you talking about? I run a minigame factory!"
"And I have a taco stand, and a bridal boutique, and a burgers and fries shop, and a very expensive sushi shop, and a motor oil company-"
"Enough already, I know what you two mean!" Dry Bowser snapped as he then placed his skull back onto his body, reaching Waluigi's height while towering over Wario. "Look, is there anything you two need that doesn't involve trouble, or me getting my bones scattered around?"
Wario and Waluigi looked at each other as they got an idea, chuckling as they rubbed their hands together, with Dry Bowser raising his right bony eyebrow.
"Well... since your fleshy cousin doesn't want to help us with the moment, we could use you!"
"Yeah, you have just the strength and fire power to come help us out on a fiery scavenger hunt!"
"...what are you pulling me into this time?" Dry Bowser said with hesitation as he was right to be cautious of the two brothers, who laughed as they grabbed him by the arms and dashed away from the Chain Chomp populated land of cheese.
