Why? Why am I crying? Why am I sad? Why is it that this piece of information kills me inside?
Lucy looked at the person standing in front of her shifting from one foot to the other. She smiled and sent him away. The whole guild was staring at her but she didn't seem to notice. Instead she walked out silently cursing. She was about halfway home when she noticed happy flying in her direction carrying Natsu with him.
"Luce! Whatcha doin'? Why aren't you at the guild?"
She sighed right now wasn't the time to be asked questions by Natsu. She watched silently as they landed. She shook her head but did nothing. Natsu was staring at her as she walked past him towards her home. He followed her silently as she opened the door and started packing. A hurt and worried look appeared on his face.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to visit my dad. I'll be back in three days at most so don't worry."
Natsu sighed every time Lucy went to go and see her dad she ended up getting hurt. If there was one person who could hurt Lucy without even trying it was her dad. He watched as she finished packing and was now looking her book. For some weird reason she didn't trust him with anything that was highly flammable. Then again she was weird.
"Are you going to pack?" She said still looking at the book in her hand.
"What"
"I know your going to come after me anyway so why bother?" She stated shrugging
He smiled and rushed out the door. Lucy glanced behind her. If Lucy knew anything about Natsu she knew being his nakama had his downs but whenever you need him he'll be there and half the time he doesn't even notice. She smiled and sat down watching happy as he slept contently on her couch. I might as well wait for him before I go to the funeral. Poor Natsu doesn't even know what he's gotten himself into.
