My fellow Americans today starts a new adventure for the whole nation. You have chosen a new president for America and I will try to make this country the best. Three African Americans have ran for this prestige position and, I am proud to say that I am the second one to make it. I know everybody would like to know who I thank for my accomplishments. Well God, Martin Luther King Jr., my granddad, and most importantly Malcolm X have all made me the man you see today. I guess you could say that I'm like Michael Evans, and I been through trials and tribulations throughout my life and I always showed them who was boss.
I'm lost at words right now, how will I make this country a better place is what I keep on asking my self. You know what I really don't know how I can do this but, I do know one thing. Divided we fall, united we stand and with great power comes great responsibility. What I'm trying to say is that if we work as one we will go far and, if we don't we will never be on the same page. Days go on but things happen to change it all. I this crazy world of ours we hear things and experience things but, in the end we grow from it.
Countries have been in frivolous disputes over hatred for one another, greed, money, and worst of all power. My fellow Americans I can fall down as much as I want, but the fall won't be honorable if I fall alone. This nation is one we battle and win as one and will loose as one. All I know is that if you are ready for a change in this nation, and then get ready to march to a whole new beat to this drum of ours. If you are not then good luck in whatever you do in your life.
I am Huey Freeman, tell this whole entire world that love me or hate me I will bring change to this nation, now who is with me.
This was fun to write and gave me great strength when I finished it. Huey has always been a revolutionist all of his life and I decided that he would be a great leader to this nation. I will be happy to read any review you leave for this story.
