He likes you? And you like him?

Set before life online but a little before the ending of A New Home, Rancis has confessed his feelings to Vanellope, and they begin to date when she shares the same feelings. But Ralph isn't sure rancis is right for Vanellope, he thinks he might be using her. What's the best way to learn about him in his opinion, spying.

It is the year 2020, and all the characters of Litwaks arcade have moved into a new home inside the Internet. On the video game website Steam, Ralph and Vanellope had found a game called world designer for all the characters to live in, and founded a city called Litwak city. Now they were fighting to keep it. The evil General Grievous from EA's Star Wars battlefront 2 launched a massive attack on the game, with a star destroyer, Nazi airship, and A lucrehulk class droid control ship battling in the sky, with ground soldiers making up of characters from delisted video games, characters who were previously locked up due to being unable to move outside their roles, ranging from robots, enemy soldiers, stormtroopers, and live action movie Decepticons.

Ralph, Felix, Vanellope, and Calhoun, were cornered by the movie version of Megatron who had his weapon pointed at the group. Autobot Metroplex, a colossal robot, killed him by stepping on him.

"Target synchronization complete, awaiting orders, Optimus Prime" Said Metroplex

One of the 2 optimus primes living in the game gave metroplex the order to fire at the Nazi airship overhead. A few shots from metroplex's cannons obliterated the airship, sending it crashing towards the undeveloped parts of the game.

"That's one ship handled" Said Ralph

"I hope our little boy is ok up there" Said Felix

"I'm sure rancis is fine, we have other enemies to deal with" said Calhoun

The group ran through the streets, weapons in hands, to find the sugar rush racers. They were all helping another optimus prime, this one blue with flames on him, take down a red robot. Princess Elsa was helping out by shooting ice beams at him.

"We were Gods once, all of us. Here they call us machines" shouted the red robot

"I will not let you kill these humans, Sentinel" Optimus Shouted

Elsa fired a beam of ice at Sentinels face, blinding him, long enough for Optimus to make the finishing blows to Sentinel, killing him.

"Thank you freedom fighters" Said Optimus

"Sure you won't stay when this is all over?" Vanellope Asked

"I am perfectly contempt in Hasbro with the other movie Autobots selling toys, but when the day comes we will gladly put our codes in and live here. Til then we'll stick through the battle" Said Optimus before transforming and driving away

Explosions occurred in the sky, the star destroyer was plummeting towards the ocean, and the droid control ship was starting to explode. Once the control ship blew, all the terminators and battle droids instantly shut down. All the enemy soldiers on the ground, once realizing they no longer had an advantage, dropped their weapons. A couple of the sugar rush racers pointed guns at a couple stormtroopers, who immediately dropped their weapons.

"Ok ok, we surrender. We surrender"

"I can't believe it, we won" Said Felix

"We survived somehow" Said Vanellope

Out of the sky, an Autobot space shuttle landed in the street, and out of it came Rancis, who was immediately embraced by his parents.

"Told You id be fine mom and dad" Said Rancis

"You had us scared for a moment" Said Felix

"By the way, meet Sky lynx, he's my new friend" Said Rancis pointing to the space shuttle

"Your kid is one heck of a pilot if I do say so myself" Said Sky Lynx

A couple bobbies came out of an alley with Rapunzel and a couple sugar rush racers. Upon seeing them, Calhoun raised her gun but Rapunzel stopped her from shooting.

"It's ok, they're nice now, you don't have to worry" Said Rapunzel

"It's true" Said Taffyta

"They saved us" Said Gloyd

"If what my kids said is true, then I guess people can change" Said Calhoun

One of the bobbies lifted Rancis in the air.

"Let's hear it for the boy who took down the droid ship"

The crowd started cheering. Another Bobby held up Vanellope. The day was one, Litwak city was safe now.

"We did it" Said Rancis

"I know, but look at our home. Part of its flooded, there's buildings destroyed" Said Ralph

"We'll rebuild, make it better" Said Felix

"That's a great idea" Said Ralph

"Hey uh Vanellope, is it ok if we have a word in private later? I got some things I want to say" Said Rancis

"Sure Rancis" Said Vanellope

Ralph raised an eyebrow hearing this. But he shook the thought away for the time being.

(A little later)

The citizens were starting to rebuild. The enemies who didn't belong were locked back up in the steam vault. The bobbies and stormtroopers wanted to stay, and the citizens allowed them to have their codes added and be security and police. For the bobbies this was a nice change of pace from their game, which they'd alternate back and forth from since there were so many of them all alike. In his apartment, Rancis was confessing his feelings to Vanellope.

"You like me?" Vanellope Asked

"This may be hard to say, but I think I have a crush on you" Said Rancis

Vanellope wasn't sure what to say.

"Ever since we've built the RV1 together in sugar rush all those years ago, I've had a thing for you, I just refused to admit it for all these years. But that Nazi general up in the sky made me realize I think I love you. Please don't think this is weird" Said Rancis

"I can't believe I'm saying this Rancis, but I've honestly had some feelings for you too. Never really thought much about it til we started hanging out the other day game jumping" Said Vanellope

"It may be these adult bodies we have now that we can glitch between kids and adults, but I think I'm in love with you" Said Rancis

"It's weird having these feelings" Said Vanellope

The 2 sat in silence for a minute, not sure what to say.

"So uh, once things get back to normal around here, you wanna hang out sometime? Maybe have a date? We can't just ignore these feelings can we?" Asked Rancis

"I don't think we should ignore them. Hanging out would be nice. A date? Well, we'll see what happens, let's start small, get a burger or something" Said Vanellope

"Yeah, id like that" Said Rancis

"Let's say tomorrow afternoon, grab some lunch and game jump somewhere" Said Vanellope

"Sure" Said Rancis

Vanellope left not long after, and once she was gone, Rancis jumped in the air in excitement

"Yes. She likes me too. Now I hope I don't mess this up" Said Rancis

(With Vanellope)

Ralph had just gotten his apartment back into a living condition, and was having a root beer with Vanellope. He had just asked what Rancis had wanted.

"You're not gonna like it" Said Vanellope

"Why wouldn't I like it? What did he want?" Asked Ralph

Vanellope put down her bottle and looked at Ralph.

"He said he likes me. Like he has a crush on me" Said Vanellope

"What? He does? Since when?" Asked Ralph

"Several years now. And to be honest, I like him too" Said Vanellope

"He likes you? And you like him? I don't know how to respond. You're just a kid" Said Ralph

"I've been alive since 1997, I have the ability to become an adult now, I can date if I want to" Said Vanellope

"I think I'm gonna have a talk with him" Said Ralph

"Oh no you're not. You're overreacting. Rancis is a nice guy, he won't hurt me. We're hanging out tomorrow afternoon, once everything's fixed up. Ralph I'm growing up, I need to at least try and do these things. And who knows, maybe Rancis might be the one for me" Said Vanellope

Ralph just drank his root beer in silence, it took him forever to get over losing Vanellope back at the arcade, now she wants to date? He was gonna have a word with Rancis when Vanellope wasn't around that's for sure.
