Summary: Dean Winchester is living a life that is worse than any movie script could ever write.
The Better Hunter
Dean left the movie theater quickly, knowing his father would be looking for him to be home from the hunt. The hunt was over – it had been for hours – and the young Winchester found himself with time to spare and a few dollars in his pocket. The idea of two hours of living in a fantasy and the smell of popcorn lured him into the cinema.
But the movie had been only a disappointment. He glanced up at the movie poster. Luke Skywalker's idyllic face now taunted Dean.
"A New Hope, my ass," he mumbled. "Wimp."
